Next turn began as of SnipedSoul's post, Oct. 28, 4:50 KST. Turn ends in three days. In order to retroactively justify the early move, I'm making a slight adjustment to the rule for breaking ties: instead of my randomly selecting one of the tied moves, the winner will be the last of the tied moves to hold an outright lead in the vote. This seems as good as any other way of breaking ties and it has the advantage of being more predictable and not requiring me to be around to officially close the vote in case of a tie. As a side effect, to be played early, a move needs to gather only 50% of the vote (rather than an outright majority).

As an aside, can people please take the time to view the discussion thread instead of making lemming groupthink moves? Thanks.
