Well the fun of it is, he will most likely be awful at PvP if he his that stupid. Then he will either send you angry messages, which you can laugh about, attempt to hunt you down (lol), or hire mercs to do his dirty work for him. Mercs care a lot about how efficient they are with losing and killing ships, to help market themselves to potential customers, so will not even attempt to kill you if they do not vastly outnumber you.

I think you should be in charge of the "Swindling People Out of their Money" Squadron.
Gladly, as someone who spent money on suiciding ships just to make sure someone else lost even more money than I did, I think I would suit the role quite well :D Oh how EVE has changed me.
Also, does anyone have any idea if having multiple alts are allowed? Not only does this make scamming easier, because of throwaway characters, but it also helps when you're doing various money making activities that involve killing other ships (PvE or PvP), because you can have multiple characters at the same time.
I'm also interested in whether or not using game mechanics in a way to make yourself very wealthy will be frowned upon, because it isn't in EVE hell, over these past 6 months, a lot of people have made themselves hundreds of billions of isk (the ingame currency), by exploiting a certain missioning mechanic that was pretty broken. Sadly it recently got patched, but abusing in game mechanics in a way that doesn't get us banned will be a big financial boon.
No word on multiple characters yet. There are pros and cons each way. I've heard though that it will be just one per paid account. Also, from my experience from multiple MMOs and my time at Riot Games, if you find a bug it's legal to use until they say "Stop doing this till it's fixed or you'll be banned" or when they actually fix it.
Koll you've come a long ways since playing vs top pros like Idra back in BW. I commentated a few of your games. Now look at you. All grown up and swindling the world. Guess that muta micro paid off. =p

I keep thinking of more points as I go along ^^ Is it possible to pay for an account using in game money? This is what made alts powerful in EVE, they could be one per account, but they fund their own game time and still have surplus money, making them a nice money source.
Oh and thank you, I take full credit for any and all of Koll's actions :D

No word on the time/money thing.
I just looked at your profile. DOH! You're NOT him. Haha. I just assumed.

Sadly not, though he is a pretty awesome guy, and it's cool to be mixed up with him :D That's pretty much all I can think of that interests me at the moment, the money/time thing is pretty important I find, as people like Kwark owned upwards of 50 accounts and 100s of different characters.
That's because Kwark is a freak of nature that we must draw to SC. What does he do in real life anyways? Do you know?
Well he's not been active at all really in these past 3 months, only really logging on to make himself more money, because he has a full time job, and he told me he was also in his last year at university doing ancient history (or some such history).
Koll, do you know of any other ex EVE or current EVE players that might be interested in this?
I can ask tomorrow if you want, but I'm sure a lot of them like nonentity, unsniped and Sylvex probably will, just because they've been playing with each other in Planetside 2.
The more, the merrier. It's also great to get people who have worked with each other before. More trust involved and easier to get a TL Squad in SC off the ground.

AFAIK you don't need to pay more than what you paid to buy the game. You just pay for the game and you can then play forever. It's not like in a Pay to Play MMO such as WoW or Eve.

Yes, but the primary flaw with that is now we can't have 50 different accounts, all paid with in game money, because you can't pay with in game money. If you are pretty well of IRL then it is possible for you to have a lot of accounts, but obviously this doesn't apply to everyone.
We won't know for sure until later. We could hope for 5 characters per account or something.
Koll, by chance are you good at web design or graphics? =p
This is but some of my finest graphics work
Hey I'm actually decent at graphics. I can't code tho... :D
Hm. I know HTML and basic CSS. Enough to make a really decent looking "free" page and forums from vbulletin
I was going to make a private site/forum but I'll wait till we get more interest/players. Still years to go.
Just a kind advice : The game isn't even in alpha yet, if you are involved too much right now, you'll end up either disappointed by the game when it releases or just burned out.
I don't think so. I'll be burned out in a month or two by the slow pace at which information is given. Then when alpha comes close to release I'll be stoked again ;D
