I'm proly too young for this. Wing Commander is nothing more than a name in my head and I never ever learned more about Chris Roberts stuff. Is the universe used for Star Citizen the same he used for earlier games. Am I missing something if I just wanna play this game when it comes out. And will this be a full size MMO with PVE ( raiding and stuff) and PVP ( Space Combat and Battlegrounds or something like that) or not. And final question. I'm confused: Is this in any way related to EVE online?

"But it means nothing to you, when somebody has better ships from the start. How would that ever affect you?" Well, of course it won't affect you, it's just that you have to stay in the noobie regions, cause the second you try to go outside of that, our lovely Goonies will wait for you. With 3 Idris You want in on the stuff that pays best? You startet with a starter-ship? Forget it.... guys who purchased Idris can only play on weekends when they family allow them. People who actually spend money, or invest in they dream game, told so themselves. I'm more exited to play from 0, and exploring from the start. Besides, its not EVE online, the instances will be able to suport up to 100 players, maybe more, so there wont be any slugfest, but hey everything you , me , or they say is still on the paper, so why bother.

If so that is absolutely ridiculous...

I'm confused: Is this in any way related to EVE online? no, star citizen is set in a completely different universe, as chris roberts does not own the rights to wing commander anymore. yes, there will be pve and pvp. finally, this game has nothing to do with eve; they are two totally different games / companies. just so you know, wing commander was hot stuff back in the day! truly the golden era of pc gaming; so many new, unique and genuinely fun games back then.

When the dogfighting module comes out we should all get together as often as possible for practice/fun. I know i'm going to need the practice, due to the lack of these kinds of games for the last 10 years.
