edit: They changed the colors/models on t20 for multiple classes as the patch was put live. The DH class mount was built to match the T20-M set (best DH transmog in the game) which is now an entirely different color
Veng applies a debuff which makes enemies heal you for 20% of damage taken for a long time after getting hit by a spirit bomb so doing huge damage means doing huge healing
Man the new Windwalker is weird. Blackout Kick doing more damage on a ST fight than Fist of Fury is wrong. Blizzard need to fix this somehow. Fist of fury should not be a mere 10% of my damage...
Any recommendation on a ranged dps (preferable caster, but MM/BM hunter is considered) for a guy who only pug raids? I can't just look at logs for this one, as pugs do so many mistakes that can make it a nightmare for some ranged dps. F.ex too much movements due to silly mistakes, or yelling at ass.rogues to switch to adds, while guilds let them do ST only etc.

Yeah, it just doesn't really matter anymore. The DPS check isn't an issue, even without BL the Things that Should Not Be only cast the fear once.
And by doing so, our mages can use the double BL ring if they want. Although, we had our worst night on him in a while, 5 wipes is a lot. I still hate how you cannot save yourself from a accidental hit during signs by playing well. 200% damage for 2min is so black and white. :/

I pushed my group to keep using it @60% to skip the second fel nova + ejection + conjunction combo that you're taking because people couldn't handle that part of the fight otherwise
the other main wipe point is the second witness cast from the second add that comes at the same time as the eye
Following the release of Patch 7.2.5, we continue to monitor every spec's performance and make tuning adjustments as necessary. With the opening of the Tomb of Sargeras in mind, during scheduled maintenance on June 20, we expect to make the following changes:
Demon Hunter Vengeance Damage of all abilities reduced by 5%. Spirit Bomb damage reduced by 33%. Hunter Survival Damage of all abilities increased by 3%. Mage Arcane Damage of all abilities increased by 3%. Fire Damage of all abilities increased by 3%. Monk Brewmaster Stagger now has 40% effectiveness against Magic damage (was 50%). Paladin Retribution Damage of all abilities increased 3.5% Priest Discipline Evangelism now has a duration of 6 seconds (was 7 seconds). Shaman Elemental Damage of all abilities increased by 3%. Smoldering Heart proc chance is now 10% per 100 Maelstrom spent (was 20%). Warlock Affliction Damage of all abilities reduced by 5%. Destruction Damage of all abilities reduced by 5%. Warrior Arms Trauma can no longer Critically Strike. Damage of all abilities reduced by 4%. In addition to the class changes above, we're doing some final tuning on a couple of the forthcoming Tier-20 sets: Brewmaster Monk Tier 20 2-piece now has a 40% chance to generate a Gift of the Ox Healing Sphere (was 100%). Retribution Paladin Tier 20 2-piece bonus now increases Blade of Justice damage by 20% (was 15%).
blind fury + demonic appetite + demonic has a very strong t19 and weak t20 that makes you swap into a less suitable talent (dps-wise); looks dead on arrival for tomb mythic unless the upcoming patch makes major changes
there are 2 styles simming well - firstly the "standard" demon blades felblade chaos blades RNG burst build and secondly one that uses fel mastery, prepared and chaos blades.
That second one requires you to do a lot of movement at very specific times (backflip away from / through boss every 15 seconds without delaying it, etc, as a critical part of your resource generation) to keep up DPS which is a bit tricky at best and impossible for some mythic fights so i don't think it'll see a lot of use given that it provides the same or less DPS than the other style which can be done while standing still

I got my first new legendary (Chaos Theory), looks like for sure that the weeks i farmed while owning every legendary didn't count for anything at all. Oh well, was worth a shot and the emissaries that i saved at the end did count towards it since some people on the discords got double new legendary from opening old caches!
content that i did, recorded major events:
51 emissary caches
76 raid bosses (12 mythic, 20 heroic, 20 normal, rest LFR and weekly world bosses)
7 mythic dungeons
random other stuff like around 30 broken shore bosses, bunch of chests etc
i'm recording for the next one too and probably the one after just to get some more data. I think this was worse luck than average because a good fraction of my raid team got new legendaries without doing anywhere near as much content
