Been a while, I think it was Marth + Sharena + Alfonse + Nowi? Or maybe Lissa was in there? I think if you can kill Veronica before she wastes one of your team the rest go down easily enough.

To be fair, there's 73 characters and everyone can support everyone, so I forgive the devs for not writing ~15,000 specific support dialogues.
Also they do give bonuses, and each character has an affinity which determines the bonus stats they give to their support. Items and back story are obtained through "base conversations" which is something else.
And yeah Dolphin is the way to go if you don't own a copy, buying a copy online is gonna cost 100+ dollars.
Yes I was remembering the in base conversations rather than the support convos in battle.
I know some of the conversations had specific requirements to see (although there were very limited amounts of these). I do think these conversations gave more back story than the in battle ones.
If anyone's having trouble with the Michalis mission in FEH...
I used Palla/Subaki/Narcian/Julia (or any magic user with enough damage). Not nearly as complicated as Ursula - basically, have Palla tank Michalis on the first turn with Subaki sitting right behind her. During your next turn, Narcian kills the blue flier, Julia/mage hits Michalis, Palla finishes him, and Subaki moves up to attack the red flier. The red flier will attack Narcian... but due to Vengeance, he'll actually kill it, assuming everything went right. From there, Subaki can clean up the red cav and Narcian can kill the blue infantry. Just be careful not to let either of them near Palla/Julia.
All in all, felt much easier than Ursula, even though I didn't have a good bow user. I'm also not sure what the point of SeveraSelena and Eliwood are in this mission, but whatever.
running Hector/YTiki/Ninian/Nowi in Arena right now and it's rolling pretty much everything. Only Nino/Julia really give me any issues but my team's BST is so high that I rarely see them. Gonna try and grind out a really good run either tonight or tomorrow since I feel like this is the best comp I've had since release. Had a 8 death run at 4.2k points so far but I think i can get a solid 4.4k or 4.5k run in if I burn some swords.
been working really hard to finish these training tower missions, the ones that are like clear the 10th stratum with 4 fliers, 4 armoured, 4 riders. I have a rider team thats doing pretty well i think i'll be able to finish it, its Eliwood (4* lvl 38), Gunter (4* lvl33), Ursula (4* lvl40), Cecillia (4*lvl39), none of them have skill inheritanc) I like this comp cause its mainly the only calvary i have lol i also have jaygen but i chose not to train him because ursula covers the same colour but also being ranged with magic.
But im stuck for my flier team, I dont have any red fliers nor are there any magic fliers which means everyone is close ranged and i cant really deal with armoured or other high defense enemies. Also the colour hurts me Currently i have Camillia, subaki, shanna, michalis, narcian, cherche, soooo many greens and they're all so good. The ones i have been training are Camillia (4* lvl40), Shanna (4* lvl31), Subaki (4* lvl39), Michalis (4* lvl32) I picked camillia cause i dont want to sac her to give brave axe to cherche, subaki because he has high defense and isnt GREEN!, shanna cause shes cute with okayish Res, and michalis because hes the only one that doesnt get pounded by archers also i use him to charge up and take out armoured units rofl...T_T its the only way to kill them.
As for armoured not even going to try, i have draug x4 and gwendolyn x3....rofl i feel like without hector and his distance counter its almost impossible to beat most of the maps u come across.
Honestly the most interesting thing about how it's routed is where you can and can't use auto-battle to save a few seconds over manually moving characters, lol.

DK isn't too surprising. 1-2 range combat is obviously king for speedrunning BR, and while Malig Knight has flight, it doesn't have 1-2 range prior to promotion so I don't think flight saves you more time than you lose on C8.
From talking to some people who were routing BR, the biggest thing they gleaned from this was the exceptionally early DK promotion, since that apparently represents a pretty big time save.

I'm guessing you have them with good +X bonuses too? Because when I try to use high BST units all I meet is +10 mages :D.
You can have higher than 4.2k easily with lower BST units with a perfect run, for what it's worth. Until I have better armored/dragons, I've decided to just go for easy no-death runs.
Biggest news is that fatigue is confirmed to be in the game. Conceptually similar to Thracia fatigue, but results in stat decreases instead of being barred from deployment like in Thracia, and is removed by offering food at Mila Shrines.
Another interesting tidbit is that skills are now learned from weapons. This explains what the ????'s on the unit panel were and what the white bar below equipped items was. After using a piece of equipment for long enough, the skill is taught to the character using it.
They continue to come up with new gameplay concepts, or bring old ones back. I don't feel like that's needed honestly. Give us a great story/world with a balanced cast and some good personalities and no one will complain
I say this because I really wasn't a fan of pair-up, maybe these new mechanics are great.
I'm pulling for blue Xanda and lucina here i come, tho i would really like a flying mage i dont think ill go for green, i have a ton of green units with the only one missing being hector and julia, but i need some blue units so effie would be fine as well.
