It will just be a bunch of nothing/disappointments again, like in the previous years. Not worth watching, unless one wants to see companies embarrassing themselves via awful presentations.

Hoping we get to see Age of Empires 4 this E3. Not getting my hopes up too much though. Battlefield V will be interesting to see actual gameplay on, hope it's good and nothing like that awful trailer.
Kojima's game will have a new trailer, Skull and Bones will have more info after being delayed, possible Destiny 2 expansion news, The Division 2. Then of course the Bethesda Starfield rumors are out in force once again.
And of course if the gaming gods are pleased. Final Fantasy VII Remake news
I'm super excited for The Last of Us 2, anything Bethesda, hopefully Bethesda has the next big game ready to show off, Anthem please!!!!, Kingdom Hearts III, PLEASE throw us a bone with FF7R. AoE 4, I'll pay attentiont o but I'm super skeptical of that game.
Shot in the dark, but I'm hoping Microsoft throws a bone and has some Halo shooter for PC news.
Hope we get Pokemon news, if only to get rid of all the leaks/rumor speculation. Though knowing Nintendo/GF, they'll probably show us a trailer that leaves us with even more questions
Pokemon Fire Emblem Borderlands 3 (Randy Pitchford is a troll) Shadows Die Twice Demon Souls Remastered(pls you closed down the servers for the game) KH3
ff7 remake is like meh to me.
I know we're getting another Death Stranding Trailer but I'd like to see some actual game play.
I'm not sure if I actually want to see Death Stranding gameplay, I've really enjoyed losing my freaking mind with the internet watching those crazy trailers the last few years.

Whys that? They've only been working on it for like a year.
Keep in mind in 2016, they didn't even have a game engine for it. Which is why you saw on Twitter Kojima visiting like every big studio on the planet before they decided to use Guriella Game's Decima engine.

I hope they never show any game play right up until release. Literally zero, just release it sight unseen and so we have no idea what we are getting into.

Cant wait to see what Cyberpunk 2077 info we get this E3 , those at CD Project marketing should all resign if we dont get anything meaningful after those "beat" twits and so far into development , fully expecting to see some gameplay from the game of the decade , LETS GOOOOOO

You mean the game where you don’t play as the signature character of the series? Bring me that wild non-sense, I live for it. I hope this game is a dating sim pet battle game with the weird tube baby.
What about Xbox VR? As a surprise announcement. Granted Microsoft has stated they are waiting for the tech to be wireless but waiting on tech to mature has never worked out well for them. Just look at voice assistants, and with VR Sony and others are getting farther and farther ahead.

The director said that he could only further develop snakes character through showing him through someone else's perspective. Or so I've heard
Only really anticipating Cyberpunk 2077 and Death Stranding this year. I'm expecting a new trailer for C2077, and hopefully some gameplay footage or further elaborations on their game mechanics for both.
Kinda annoying the Bethesda stream hasn't announced anything yet. I think for a surprise stream like that, you should have your shit announced like within 12 hours.
I can't remember a game having as much anti hype as anthem has right now.
I can't see how a good fallout 76 fits into the lore. Its going to be uncomfortably close to where fallout 3 happened so the plot can't be very expansive if its an RPG. So I'm guessing its not going to be a conventional RPG but rather a rust clone or something. The base building was a highlight of fallout 4 but it was a secondary feature at best. I'm very ansy if they're seriously making it the focus of the game.
There's a joke here about Ubisoft making another mashup game with Mario and one of their properties, using Odyssey as the lynch pin, but I can't find it.

I wish they let Obsidian have another go at the Fallout Franchise one day, as much as Bethesda can do great game they kind of suck at making memorable story RPG.

EA's business model has always been to milk their acquisitions dry in a few years. The surprise is Bioware staying in business this long without being shut down yet.

Considering they signed a 10 year agreement with EA I imagine EA would have to either agree to that or do something that violated the contract.
Except irreversible damage to a major IP. Over a billion is losses in stocks etc. I think that would be considered a violation of an agreement.
Fortnite is coming to Switch, according to a leaked E3 document that we believe is real, as well as sources speaking to Kotaku. It’s not clear whether this apparent port will include Fortnite’s free Battle Royale mode, its players-vs-zombies Save The World mode, or both.
The document, posted on 4chan this afternoon by someone who said it was part of E3 showroom display planning (and discovered by Twitter user AAMARMO), features marketing materials for Fortnite, Paladins, Dragon Ball FighterZ, FIFA, the previously announced Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate, and unannounced games Killer Queen Black and Overcooked 2. Although it’s safe to be skeptical of 4chan leaks, we have a few reasons to believe that this one is legitimate. For one, we’ve heard separately from a person familiar with upcoming Switch games that Dragon Ball FighterZ was planned for the system. The Twitter account for Killer Queen, an indie arcade strategy game released in 2013, has also changed all of its images to black.
A source familiar with Epic Games’ plans, speaking anonymously to protect their career, also told Kotaku earlier this week that Fortnite would be coming to Switch. Epic Games did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The survival shooter Fortnite, which has exploded in popularity since its release last September, is already on PC, Xbox, PS4 and iOS. There are plans to bring it to Android soon, too. Months ago, an ad for a job at Iron Galaxy Studios mentioned Fortnite on the Switch, sparking rumors of an upcoming port. The ad has since been edited and, although Epic declined to give Kotaku comment at the time, Iron Galaxy tweeted that “The post was poorly worded, we did some work on the mobile version of Fortnite.”
According to rumors bubbling up as we rapidly approach E3 2018, both Bloodborne 2 and a sequel to the wildly-successful Horizon: Zero Dawn are in contention to make a splash on the Sony side of things in just under a week’s time.
While there have recently been reports around Horizon: Zero Dawn‘s sequel with developers Guerilla looking to hire more staff, Bloodborne 2 has been nothing short of wish-fulfilment for some time now, especially as From Software looked to be done with the genre post-Dark Souls 3.
Rampant speculation, however, is abound (according to Polygon) that sequels to Bloodborne and Horizon: Zero Dawn are in the works and ready to be unveiled at E3 2018, but this may be unlikely due to Sony’s previously spoken-of desire to showcase games that have already been confirmed.
Still, Sony love a good shock at E3. Who can forget God of War and its triumphant return or, yes, that giant enemy crab? While all signs may point to E3 2018 lacking a big-name announcement that will make hairs on the back of the neck stand up and game journalists holler and whoop like, well, game journalists, it appears that Sony haven’t come down with a bad case of sequel-itis just yet. Besides, The Last of Us 2 is bound to do all the heavy lifting in that department. Unleashing a stock of second comings this close together would only serve to diminish each potential announcement’s impact.
Except, you read that title and your heart beat a little faster, didn’t it? It’s exciting stuff, to be sure – and we’ve only got a week’s wait to find out what’s true and what’s false. Here’s hoping the gaming gods smile brightly on us in LA.
I doubt it was actually "irreversible damage", and the stock losses are on EA's end, which they have recovered from, and I think theyre at an all time high now?
I think we would have heard news by now if they were pulling the star wars license.
It make sense to start teasing Horizon: Zero Dawn sequel. I'm also betting that we'll see Death Stranding and obviously TLOU2 game play. TLOU2 will have Ellie and her mom as the characters.
Hoping to finally see something about Cyberpunk 2077 and I can't wait to see what Ghost of Tsushima looks like.
While I can appreciate Bioware trying to push into the MMO market, Anthem seems like pretty much all the most boring/forgettable aspects of Bioware games shoved into one.
Gotta be a gutsy game director who says "exploration, combat, multiplayer and gearing were the best parts of Mass Effect".
There's something a little discouraging about your headlining project just being a dull panel with the devs while a slideshow of concept art goes on. Anthem just looks like a Destiny rip-off except with Iron Man suits.
These perspective cuts every 10 seconds is making this very difficult to follow.

Genna Bain is still doing Snarkathon. It's worth it to make this kind of presentation watchable.

SWTOR is their push into that market. Anthem isnt an MMO.
And if that's what Biogames have historically sucked at those things, I think they're changing it completely around for this game.

Its hard to make a game even more generic than this.
Anthem looks like it could be good honestly. I just wish developers would combine these awesome engines with some actually interesting gameplay instead of the safest open world and combat design possible.

I would think every game developer deep inside wants to push boundaries and break the mold with gameplay and mechanics, but the reality of +$50 million budgets from studios like EA means they have to play safe and appeal to the majority with iterative designs.

I think the gameplay does look interesting compared to similiar games. Its a game with more class identity (at least with the Division and Destiny, I cant speak for Warframe) , it seems to be way more vertical, and theres a lot more momentum involved.
Yeah I was just speaking in general, as we don't really know much right now about Anthem. It doesn't even have to be groundbreaking, just pleasant to play and sometimes slightly challenging. Flying has to feel good, firing has to feel violent and effective (not like in the Division). I've never played Destiny, do the basic firing and traversal mechanics feel good at least?
They said no lootboxes, no P2W, and microtransactions on cosmetics. That's pretty good if they don't change their minds on this.
Ehat did you expect, it's an RTS game, as it stands, I'll take it and hopefully can become a full fledge franchise once again if this model goes well...

We'll have to wait and see how Anthem delivers, but Bioware and smooth controls have never been a thing. And Mass Effect has probably some of the least effective feeling weapons in modern gaming...literally just pumping bullets into lifebars until they hit 0.
But I'd hope with a shooter focused game, they'd put a lot more effort into developing the engine in that regards.
nothing i'm too enticed about. I never trust a square enix trailer (Due to history and repeated late releases) so no point even watching it. half or 2/3rds of that line up don't even come any where close to being on twitch's top 5 or 10 if we were to use that as a barometer.
Wish we had Rock Star & CD Projekt Red At the table but those devs are always the quiet type who get the job done. does anyone ever really get excited for something they show and still release it like 3-10 years later? it's like a hype for a movie but that movie gets a sequel 2 years later, i can't imagine how you continue a hype like that.
i'm still some-what interested in death-stranding but it's more of a wtf is it about, and why are we still seeing another trailer of it after like 1-2 years?
On another note can we have some Sega and Atlus inclusion? i think they deserve a seat at the table with their game releases within the last 2 years, it seems extremely biased from E3 to just include really bad devs with sub-par games.

I don't think any of the companies you're talking about have big conferences scheduled. It's not about OP not showing love. They typically piggyback off of Microsoft/Sony/Nintendo.
how do you feel now that if you had a crush on kairi as a kid, and you played this game, you a pedo now. lol jk don't ban.
and it's still next year we get it...i don't trust square enix release dates. it's like every time they put one out, they're setting themselves up to push it back. if it took 14 years, i better have every single disney world, character, included. i expect 3 sephiroth fights, a squall fight, a cloud fight, the works. even gta doesn't take this long.
I expect utada hikaru to come out of retirement to write an album for the entire game's sound track. i did hear she was gonna do a song, and something along the lines of coming out of retirement JUST for this, don't know how accurate my news was.
I'm not too enthusiastic about Microsoft's presentation, the only thing they coudl announce that would get me really happy is to see classic or new halo come to PC. But I think someone said CDPR might be presenting their new RPG today? Thats gonna be amazing.

Yes, CDPR is either showing Cyberpunk 2077 (the "RPG") and/or Gwent. They've always shown their stuff at the Microsoft conference and I don't see it changing today.

Does that matter though? If they don't fall into the very well documented lessons of Duke Nukem or other high profiles, GTA and Skyrim I think has proven that at least it's not a hard deadline.

Time for the inevitable car game part, hope we don't get sports at least, still good conference up to now.
Like what the hell were EA thinking? If they want to make a casual mobile RTS game... fine go ahead, but trying to present it as some type of esport-concept demonstrate a lack of understanding of the industry.

Four times larger than Fallout 4? Tell me more sweet little lies Todd.
I am more looking for 1/4 times the size of Fallout 4, which was roughly how much of it I covered before I never launched it again. Then they can put more diverse content into that size and I would have better experience and stick around longer since that smaller map would take longer to cover.
Metro looks much more interesting as a post apocalyptic title.
I honestly never saw the point of all of those "fast start" and all those start the game before ending the installation things, I just start installing and go do something else (work, school, sleep...) and that's all, next day I can play. I mean someone must care about it if they keep putting money developing it, does it save on the data or something?
This Kinetic novel they are showing right now looks pretty good. Nice that they embraced Tomb Raider QTE fully where there is no gameplay at all and you can just watch the movie.
Yeah DMC was one of my first series to play really when i got to the understanding of RPGs and such in my teens lol. Will defo play 5 and yeh hope it comes to PC
8/10 conference for me. Kept it about the games and didn't spend bullshit amount of minutes chatting about boring details (cough EA). Some slow moments, but hey, it was about the games and that's what matters.
That was a very solid conference. Doesn't even compare to the trainwreck that was EA yesterday. Just mostly straight trailers for big franchises and anticipated games.

It's been five years since the first trailer that showed nothing compared to this one. What they showed now, gives way more insight what the world looks like. Fallout 76 is amusing in the sense of being essentially:
We heard your complaints that Fallout 4 didn't have enough RPG elements in it, so here's a game that makes even more effort to remove all of the RPG elements to it.

Microsoft and Sony have been pretty good past couple years with their shows. Small opening, games, games, games, services, games, games and more games. Fast action & lots of showings. Sure, there are occasional bits that are longer, but compared to Bethesda for example, it's completely different how companies handle E3.
Regardless, still the best week in gaming, if you ask me.
Maybe it depends on the speaker and the game being announced then. Sometimes you get a combination of a bad speaker that relishes their dramatic pauses and tension building, with a shitty spin-off/mobile game nobody wanted anyway. Obviously it's cool when Howard builds tension for big Bethesda project :D.

Very true. Pete Hines, for example, is amazing speaker and always delivers in the Bethesda conferences.
That FFVII remake is years away folks. We will see more FF15 add on stuff, because they keep building on that weird, weird game I am going to go back to at some point. That game is so god damn weird.

ffxv already has 4 more DLCs to announced, I bet a lot of today's conference will be about that.
That game is not coming this year. It was announced 3 years ago and from all reports it had just started development at that time. We might get a demo or something related to the game, but it isn't releasing this year.

I bet even Square is not sure what they are doing with FFVII. Maybe it will be two games? Maybe three? Maybe Aris lives.?

Yeah.. Read this article earlier today.. Which mentions the possibility of three separate parts.
Oh yeah, Square published Nier: Sad Robot Simulator. Maybe we will see Lord Moon and he will thank us all for playing his sad robot game and tell us he is making something else super weird.
This is literally the same of the previous games, but you have a knife instead of murdering people with a climbing pick. Those previous games were OK, but way more fun when shit got loud and you had to kill people with make shift grenades.

I feel like I am being trolled by them. The zero context murder was a critique of the last E3 showing of Rise of the Tomb Raider. And now she is full predator. Its like they saw the critique and were like “I would be really funny if we did it again?”
To be clear, they responded saying that understood that the demo for Rise didn’t provide a lot of context and then provided it.

Gameplay that early in production isn’t reflective of the final product anyways. A lot can change is 2-3 years of development.
The point is to show something. Like CP2077, they showed us something completely different from the first trailer. So I have no clue as to what that game will actually entail. The battle system for FFXV changed a lot too, as did the characters and story. But they still showed us something.
It will be FF7, but with some FF15 style combat. But less teleporting? But maybe some teleporting? Fewer floating swords.
I think that game is years away and even Square is still figuring it out. It might reach Kingdom Hearts 3 levels of “we have no fucking idea when we are releasing this!”
Edit: The gameplay from 2 years ago was likely a tech mock up of what they hoped the final gameplay might look like. I think it might have been a bad choice to show it because it gave the impression the game is much farther along than it seems to be.
Ok Ubi, impress me. Bring me so hot non-sense. And some more of that new AC, because origins was pretty good. Especially that wild DLC where you run around in the field of reeds. That shit was good.

Will be interesting to see if random content creators for a game will work out on a AAA title. Know many low budget games are crowd sourced but then they usually don't have to mesh with all the other content. Artistic vision is probably the biggest challenge...

Played it for the first time about a year ago, the control and graphics hold up pretty well. It a good 3d adventure game, a bit in the style of lets say the Sly Cooper games but semi oppen world. All in all I think a lot of his fame come from the second one never comming out, as it's not that memorable on its own, at least in my mind.

Sort of. The focus more on the conflict between people, rather than the weird race for the elder race super weapon things. That is just a back drop. Its about character and what it means to protect and help people, rather than just get revenge. It was a far better game than their last couple efforts. Hopefully the new one is just as well written and realized.
AC so beautiful and nothing beats the ancient greek history, might play that game.
Division 2 i hope will be better than Division 1 as i stopped playing that pretty fast. Intersted in how they take on raiding. Hoping that could be ok.
Idk about the pricingfor Odyssey though. 100€ for the game + season pass is a lot. ay ay ay or let's put it that way. 40€ for a season pass is new to me.

That was the price of the last games DLC and it was good. 60 for the base game, 20 bucks each for the two DLCs that were like another 8-10 hours of game play each.

ah well, I remember paying about 72€ for it which makes sense if it's 90€ for the gold edition minus 20% with the ubisoft points ;-) so I guess it's fine then. honestly as a part of the working population this aint half bad for the entertainment value I got out of Origins

This is a neat showing of the engine and what they are aiming for, but golly does this reek of scripted. Not that it's necessarily a bad thing, but I hope people don't expect the game to be exactly like this.

I'm not particularly mad about their way of doing things, I just wish they would have been more up front about it before the conference, Nintendo direct is fine without big conference.
Also they suck at interview seriously, this background is one of the saddest thing ever.
Sony's showcase had some visually stand-out games and I'd like to see more, but the conference itself just left me bored for some reason. Maybe it's all the overly scripted scenes that I'm tired of.

This is Square. They take forever to make a game. Look at FF15. FF13. KH3. They just release games when they feel like it and tell us nothing.
I love the Last of Us and its writing. And the hyper violence of the series serves a point in the narrative that I support. But the marketing department making these demos and trailers does the game a disservice with these fetishes delves into intense violence that is trying so hard to be "realistic". But whatever, its marketing.
Super disappointed in E3 so far. Only things I'm looking forward to are Captain Spirit, The Mario + Rabbids DLCs, Tomb Raider, Star Link, and Last of Us 2(mostly because I enjoyed the 1st, thought what I've seen of this one isn't exciting me).
At least I know Nintendo will pull through for me, because if they did Smash and only Smash, I'd come away from it feeling good and you know they have more.
Why did they do Left 4 Dead 3 with a different name in the PC section earlier? Something walking dead inspired but with that exact feel to the trailer? Time 0:25-0:26

Usually we're forgiving of being kept in the dark if it's for great games but the problem is, they just haven't delivered lately. FF14 might be their best recent game, and it started as a catastrophe :D
The Death Stranding Trailer was supposed be a gameplay video? All i saw was a "Norman Reedus Walking Simulator" (with an almost comical stack of crates on his back at one point) and the stealth sequence with the invisible aliens at the end. Even though the weird story makes me really interested, i just can't imagine to play this.
While Microsoft may have been founded as being a software company, there is no question about it that they are a hardware company too. With the Surface family, the Xbox, and peripherals, the company doesn’t shy away from building its own products and has established a sizeable fanbase who is interested in ‘what’s next’ for the company when it relates to these types of products.
This past week, I was tipped off that the next generation Xbox was codenamed Scarlett and in an effort to track down if this information was accurate, I was able to view content that highlighted several unannounced Microsoft products that are coming in the next two years.
Microsoft is planning for the next Xbox console release to arrive in 2020. But what is more interesting, is that Microsoft describes ‘Scarlett’ as a family of devices; meaning we may see multiple pieces of hardware released that year.
That date may seem relatively close considering that the Xbox One X launched last year but Microsoft is aggressively moving ahead with hardware in the console space to shake up the industry. But what we don’t know is if this is a brand new set of devices or simply a more ‘powerful’ Xbox One that is again, fully backward compatible with all the content available today.
Considering how much effort Microsoft has put into backward compatibility, I would expect the Scarlett devices to support current gen games but offer more advanced features and align possibly with Microsoft’s upcoming game-streaming services.
As with any leak this far out, timing and plans can change but I was able to verify the information I viewed as being authentic and fully believe that the company is on-track to release the new console in two years.
Expectations were high for the first E3 presser from Square Enix in three years. The publisher has a lot of exciting upcoming projects that we haven’t heard much about, including Final Fantasy VII Remake, The Avengers, and Guardians of the Galaxy. Naturally, Square Enix showed absolutely none of them.
“That’s it?” was the resounding reaction to the latest display from the publisher of Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest, after a highly-anticipated 30-minute video presentation that left people wondering if someone had accidentally hit the eject button too early. After hyping up fans with a teaser slogan promising that Square’s “next chapter is about to begin,” the publisher put together one of the weakest E3 pressers in modern memory.
Square Enix showed a total of two (2) new games, Babylon’s Fall and The Quiet Man, revealing both with teaser trailers that told us very little. No genres, no gameplay, no information. We know that Babylon’s Fall is from the talented developers at Platinum Games, and we know that The Quiet Man is... We know it stars a man.
Square had already showed off Kingdom Hearts III at Microsoft’s conference yesterday, so of course, the publisher decided to replay the same trailer for viewers this morning. We also got looks at Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Just Cause 4—both also shown at Microsoft’s conference—and a new trailer for Dragon Quest XI, which is already out in Japan.
Oh, there was that new little game from the Life is Strange folks, called The Awesome Adventures Of Captain Spirit. That was pretty cool, right? At least there’s—wait, I’m now being told that was also announced at Microsoft’s conference.
How did this happen? Why would Square Enix spend a month hyping up fans for a big E3 conference—again, its first since 2015, when it announced big surprises like Nier: Automata and I Am Setsuna—only to offer nothing but a wet fart? Compete’s Eric Van Allen suggests that the publisher might be tanking on purpose, Sixers-style, perhaps to surprise us in the future. Or maybe the presentation isn’t really over? It is inexplicable that Square Enix thought this was a good idea.
E3 is often about hype, and expectations, and it’s difficult for any publisher to live up to our wildest fantasies and dream announcements. Nobody really thought that Square Enix was going to deliver a Chrono Trigger sequel or new Final Fantasy Tactics. But if that was all they had to offer, one has to ask: Why did they even bother?

I've pretty much written off the FF series but I'm still looking forward to Octopath Traveler and Dragon Quest XI (partly because I found a 25% off pre-order discount). Square still gets some money from me so it isn't all bad at their end.

Based on the four-player FFA going on now, it looks like they kept that dumb ledge-bouncing/ non-edgehogging feature they recently introduced into the Smash franchise to make the game more casual :/

Expect the Division dude, who was stuck in 2010 talking like they were making a serious video game about serious stuff.
If you stick to Playstion, Nintendo, or Xbox youtube channels, they are still rolling out more games. That's where I found the VC4 trailer. This E3 wasn't last year or the year before, but it wasn't bad by any stretch of the imagination StealthBlue.

What does VC stand for?
Also overall it's been a good E3 for me, no big surprise but at least this time they showed almost only actual games that come out soon, almost none of that CG trailer into nothing for 5 years. (Remember when Sony "won" E3 with Shenmue 3 and FF7 like 4 years ago?)

Fire Emblem in that trailer looked kinda rough graphically. Very bland and dim textures, poor lighting, and opting for slanted menus make them a bit aliased. I hope it gets better by release, I'd hope the Switch can push more than that. On the plus side it looked to have a less anime-ish style and tone.

EA being super super inflated because I'm really looking forward to Anthem, w/o that game itd probably be after PC Gaming show or something. Not that it was a bad show, just disinterested in sports titles.
FE looks very weird and I don't know hoe to feel about it. It's unlike any previous FE. The squadron thing seems interesting? I actually don't like it. The story doesn't seem very 3dsy so that's a good sign. Give me a story akin to Jugdral pls IS.
As for smash, holy shit it looks amazing. Palu buffs, cloud nerfs, return of snake and wolf. It's all good in the hood.
For me, the top moments were: 1. Sakurai listing characters and reading patch notes for 20 minutes 2. Todd Howard's charismatic jokes and sweet little lies, 2018 edition 3. CD Project Red's surprise at the end of the Xbox conference 4. Being even more confused about Death Stranding

I haven't looked into the game outside of the trailer. From a distance, I can't think of a reason to have those random NPCs there.
Howard suggested that the ideas and ambition Bethesda has for The Elder Scrolls 6 might not be possible on current-generation hardware. He said in a Gameslice interview that Bethesda is "getting closer" to the technology needed to run the game, which suggests that the PS4 and Xbox One are not capable enough to run the game as Bethesda wants.
As for Starfield, this game--which is Bethesda's first new IP In a very long time--is already playable and is in full production. As such, the game is expected to launch before The Elder Scrolls 6. Indeed, Howard told GameSpot that the current release plan for Bethesda Game Studios' next big games will be Fallout 76, then Starfield, then Elder Scrolls VI. However, Howard also said Starfield might not launch on current-generation hardware, so it could be a long time before we get to play either title.

As for smash, holy shit it looks amazing. Palu buffs, cloud nerfs, return of snake and wolf. It's all good in the hood.
its interesting and frankly makes sense in a way, I doubt the squad will always accompany the leader in all maps, but in actual battlefield maps it would make sense.

Not surprised. Starlink is barely going to make it till 2020 and considering ES6 is pre-production and will be the next game after starlink, it's coming out 2021-2022 at this point.

Also just a general lack of surprises...or rather, positive surprises. What'd we see that was unexpected?
I think the biggest shock was just how awesome RE2 looks and that it's coming so soon. Aside from that...maybe Daemon X Machina and the shear amount of content in SSBU I suppose?
