The value! | ||

Probably both. Maybe I should give this game another try.

Not that I really had that much to stand on with a really outdated understanding of the game, but thats why I admitted to being trolled when she posted the few m/s thing. From there it was rooks all the way down. On today's positive note, I found out the my stock pile of free aurum from the years is worth 5.6b so hooray aurum windfall finally paying off.

It helped push me to stop being a puss and go do one, and I just completed my first one last weekend in 3:30. Awesome, well done. On an eve note CCP GMs just confirmed that titan pos bowling of titans fully within the shields is a legitimate mechanic which will have to be addressed by developers if it is addressed, rather than an exploit that will be undone by GMs. It is now no longer safe to bridge from within pos. The GM added in a classic :CCP: way that this is fair because the pos bowling force is exposed to significant risk too and therefore it's not really a problem. After all, why can't random smallgang group 17 just counter drop NC.'s 20 titans and punish them for pos bowling?

This is a huge change in CCP policy from "don't exploit" to "it depends how many units of risk it creates". It's literally "all titans emit risk and large groups of titans emit way more risk than small groups and if you generate enough of it by your exploit then it probably all works out in the end". There is so much wrong with that I don't know where to begin.

It means that to safely bridge fleets that contain members of multiple alliances you have to bridge with the titan well inside the pos and a password set, the titan pilot with the ability to manage the password. Obviously this can go wrong, but it is not unworkable. My problem is that CCP made a statement on this: Bumping ships, that are located within password protected starbase force-fields, out of the force-field from outside without having the correct password or corporation/alliance permissions as configured in the tower settings, is considered an exploit. That is super clear. In my opinion this video is super clear. This is what NC. have been doing. CCP is being typically gutless, full of bullshit and lacking in knowledge of their own game. Also some people got banned [apparently some of them for out of game harassment], as is usual I think it is reasonable to assume some of them deserved to get banned, some of them have never had anything to do with an activity that could get them banned and some people who should have been banned multiple times months ago didn't get banned.

It's way too bad they don't do what Blizzard has done on occasion with "I was banned for no reason!" posts. They have pointed out that it's against forum TOS to discuss bans on the forum but then say "as long as you're going to open the issue up to the public..." and describe exactly what evidence led to the ban. It's almost always 180 degrees from the original poster's story.
