Ugh..not even close man. The chocolate ones have 250 calories, and the strawberry ones have 350. While that still isn't too man, There are about 5 times as many carbs as protein in those things making them hardly good for you at all. Please know what you are talking about before you post!

dude i have a v. fast metabolism too. make sure ur eating healthy man cuz nothing is worth screwing up ur health with lots of cholesterol. eat as much as u want, i used to eat bout 5 times a day and mixed 1 day weights training and 1 day more cardio/judo/boxing. swimming is also very good. any exercise mixed 1 day weights training (they build weight like nothing else!!) and 1 day cardio (even though they burn they will keep u fit enough for the extra weight u will gain)
its a slow process, but i went from 60 or so to 85 kg. and im still v. healthy weight range.

play bw 7 days a week 23 hrs a day , the other hour sleep , after every game have a big mac meal or some form of fast food meal , also eat a block of chocolate before u go to bed.

Maintain a good diet but just eat more. Exercise! (sport, weights, whatever)
Eating excessive junk will just give u high cholestorol and may not necessarily help you put on weight.
The best way is to overload ur body with carbohydrates, whilst weight training. Almost guaranteed to put on weight that way.

iggs, don't worry you're not alone in your case. I am 26 years old, 1,88m and weight 68kg. I've took like 1kg in the last 10 years, picked at 70kg for some time. I eat like crazy (but I don't eat between meals), drink wine and beer, used to play volleyball 4 times a week, tried weight lifting 3 times a week, tried running every day (during the military), but whatever I do it never impacts my weight. If I do a lot of sport I gain maybe 1kg of muscle, but it is gone in a few weeks as soon as I stop practising. I never stock a gramme of fat. Sure I'm too skiny, people look at me on the beach when I play beachvolley because of it... and then? I can't do anything about it anyway.
But, why would you want to change? You're among the happy few who can eat everything they want without never worrying about getting fat or going on a diet. This is a chance, really. Take it as it is.

hm my eating schedule :o
Breakfast: 2 sandiwches, 2 eggs, 1 cup of cottage cheese or 2 waffles
Lunch: Sandwich, Apple, Banana
Afterschool workout: some sort of snack, protein shake before and after workout, creatine before
Diner (Come home ~630): spaghetti, 1 cup of peas, 2 hot dogs w/ buns, 2 waffles
Later ~930: Mach & cheese , Noodles, 2 chicken drumsticks
Total: ~3000 calories, ~180 g protein, lots of carbohydrates!

Ya i used to wrestle for a few years, it was pretty fun stuff. I won gold at the largest meet of the year (city championships), but i quit to focus on other sports

seriously.. do what i said. look it up on google. doing the right amount of reps/sets/rest period = gain muscle mass fastest.. its true, which is what u want.

you are Ectomorph no matter what you do you will never be a big man gym will give you some muscles that would look nice but you will never jump to another body category, so if you have in mind a wide back and thick strong arms forget about it
