I would be inclined to wager a large sum of money that if someone like Lebron James had a father involved in life he would have had a greater chance to become a regional manager at Staples than taking over the world in and outside of the basketball court. Lavar Ball and Big Baller Brand seem to disprove your point. If Lebron had been born to an NBA father active in his life he might have achieved billionaire status years ago.

People with exceptional talent normally make it despite their upbringing, not because off... the precise argument here is: because of vs. in spite of <father figures>; which has a greater value?.

I read a report at some point somewhere that 1 beer actually makes (most people) a better driver, because you are more relaxed, and more careful due to being aware of the fact that you might be impaired. On the other hand I googled now and couldn't find that, and did find some reports that 1 drink has a noticeable effect on your driving ability (on the other hand, not hydrating enough does too). So I'm going with... no?

No because sobriety wouldnt be causing the crashes. Prob become mothers against distracted drivers.

Does it change depended on the mans answer? I am wondering both ethically and legally.

Like sugar from beets or sugarcane or molasses I guess have different colours. It's different colouring though as Arco said. Albeit it can easily be beetroot or curcuma in contrast to artificial colouring. I wouldn't bet on that with tic tacs though.

I am wondering both ethically and legally. Sexual harassment is bullying or coercion of a sexual nature, or the unwelcome or inappropriate promise of rewards in exchange for sexual favors. So there you go, Wikipedia says so. No, the answer doesn't change anything.

Namely, prostitution on the side of the person offering, and corruption on the side of the person accepting the offer. The additional problem afterwards is that it is hard to prove that it indeed happened this way, and not in a way that involved the superior pressuring the subordinate into sex. None of this is dependent on any persons gender.

I get that it shouldn't matter and I get that the sterotype is based on history, but it is silly to pretend like it does not exist.
