Would sriracha be necessary since there is already kimchi and spicy flavor? I do agree with the beef though. I think I'll pick up some beef flank tomorrow. I also have some cucumber, onion and ginger. I like cucumber in my ramen. I'll char some onion and ginger and toss that in as well. | ||

I've been having a lot of tasty times by mixing peanut butter into my ramen recently. It adds a really nice color with Siracha and some cheese I get from my relatives coop. | ||
