Also while we are talking about exercising what are reps(like what does it stand for? repititions? repeating?) and also after u do serious workouts and exercises should u rest a couple of days b4 doing more? Because after my serious workouts the next day I do real poor in basketball becuz I'm just so darn tired but my mom tells me that the best way is to keep exercising even when you're tired cuz it will build more muscle mass or something like that. Also I forgot to add this. Does bike riding slow ur speed down in quickness like running? Will bike running still let u keep ur normal running speed? And also any type of running will make u faster right? But if u ride a bike will it still have the same results(help make u run faster or will it slow u down in running?)? Also I can ride my bike waaaay longer than I can run. Can someone answer me this?------->>>>> Is bike riding helping ur legs more while running helps ur heart more and help u MORE in getting into shape?
