I was all for cremation, till I heard this guys words
unless ur being buried in a random forest or something, i dont see how that happens. most people get buried in a cemetery, which is pretty much a waste of space imo

Ill donate my skeleton to a science class.

I will be cremated and leave behind a list of places for my ashes to be scattered. On top of my mortal foes graves, on top of Mt. Everest, the moon/mars/what ever planet we are planning to visit next.

I agree with this. Cemeteries are retarded, The earth there might be pretty good but if it's just going to be used as a body dump over and over it wont help any ecosystems, IMO fly my body over the wilderness and push me off the plane.

Winning response.
While I do think burning bodies is useless and bad for the environment it does save alot of space, no more marble orchards

I don't really care. Do something useful with the parts that are in good enough condition or whatever, dispose of the useless parts in the least troublesome way.

well i think a burial is better for me but i would donate my organs to someone who needs them befor that

Or bodies could be buried in a forrest or a big field, with various plant species to feed and grow from the remains, thereby changing our dead husks into something beautiful. You could have these as graveyards without markers, or small markers showing where each person was buried.
Personally I would enjoy being buried in a place like that after my organs have been given to people in need, thereby granting me a sort of second life ( as well as a chance to zombify and take over the host body, MUHAHAHAHAHA ).

This thread is a big ole' bag of false dichotomy.

I want to be cremated and have my ashes spread proportionally on a previously written list of people I don't like.
I WILL get the last laugh.
|
I'd like to be cremated and my dust spilled but unfortunately that's illegal here. I can be cremated but my dust can't be spilled (healthcare reasons).

You can napalm the ground where I have fallen for all I care, I'll be dead anyways.
|
Being dead, I'm not going to raise objections to having my body being dumped into the nearest roadside ditch. Not my problem, anymore.
|
When I die I want my head to be cut off and cryogenically stored, while the rest of my body can be donated to science or cremated.

I want to be like Clyde Tombaugh and have my body launched into space! Maybe it can crash land on something cool.

Who says that there will a body? I plan on transcending to a higher plane of existence.
You know, like Tassadar.

I want to be cremated. I don't want to be wasting any space or resouces that the living could use. I'd rather a cemetary be used for more productive reasons, not as a home for the dead.

Cremation for sure! I dont really want to rot in the ground :S
