Though savings aren't as big if you don't need extra storage or LTE. The 64 GB LTE version I have was only 60 € more expensive than the 16 / WiFi only model... Im looking at Amazon, the Shield Tablet its $299 while a 16gb/wifi Air refurbished costs $349 (I dont need a LTE tablet) Is there any other store i should look into ?

in case you don't like it sending it back should not be a problem after a testing period of like 1 - 2 weeks. (distance selling act - or "fernabsatzgesetz") *winkwink*nudgenudge*

If you watch a lot of videos on you tablet, I'd recommend the Shield over the iPad any day of the week. The front facing speakers alone are amazeballs.

Google is sticking with its controversial Glass Internet-connected eyewear because the technology is too important to scrap, according to Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt. Google stopped selling the first version of Glass and shut its Explorer program in January, moving the project out of its Google X research lab into a standalone unit. Ivy Ross remained head of the Glass team but Tony Fadell, head of Google’s Nest connected home division, now oversees strategy for the project. The changes sparked speculation that Google will abandon Glass. However, Schmidt told The Wall Street Journal that it has been put under Fadell’s watch “to make it ready for users.” “It is a big and very fundamental platform for Google,” Schmidt said. “We ended the Explorer program and the press conflated this into us canceling the whole project, which isn’t true. Google is about taking risks and there’s nothing about adjusting Glass that suggests we’re ending it.” He said Glass, like Google’s self-driving car, is a long-term project. “That’s like saying the self-driving car is a disappointment because it’s not driving me around now,” he said. “These things take time.” A spokeswoman for Fadell declined to comment. Back in September Amazon finally gave Android users a way to access Amazon Prime Video content, after long holding out and keeping the functionality exclusive to Kindle Fire tablets, the Fire Phone, and various media streamers and smart TVs. Of course, they sure didn’t make things easy. To play content, you needed to have the Amazon app, which would let you select video content. However, you also needed the Prime Instant Video app to actually play it back, which was available only through the Amazon AppStore. What’s worse than requiring you to install three different Amazon apps in order to simply watch your Prime Instant Video content? Amazon left tablets out of the fun. Thankfully, Amazon has now released an update to the Prime Instant Video app that adds Android tablet support. With the update, you’ll be able to browse videos on Amazon.com through your favorite mobile web browser. Once you tap “Watch Now”, the Prime Instant Video app will then load up the movie or show of your choice. Still not exactly the most straightforward process, but better than nothing. Source

Has anyone else experienced this? I have tried resetting my phone multiple times and just loading minimal apps but nothing seems to fix it. Any help would be very beneficial.

Any help would be very beneficial. why don't you just get a new phone? nexus 4 is outdated and there are considerable upgrades for very little price. $200 will net you a new moto x (2013): subpar camera, no lag performance, very google stock, 2 days worth of battery life Or spend a little bit more for One PlusOne if you can stand the big size

I need a phone: - small because I mostly use it with one hand, so 5.5" is really the max size. I was planning to get the LG G4 but I'm thinking even 5.5 is too big to be used with one hand. - with plastic shell because metal/glass is too fragile and I don't want a case. People paying from premium materials only to wrap their phone in a shitty rubber case make me laugh. I dropped my S2 probably a hundred times and it never broke. - with thin bezels, so HTC phones are a big no-no. 65% screen to body size ratio, no thanks. Thickness is absolutely not an issue though. - removable battery/SD card slot/physical buttons are a nice plus. - camera quality doesn't matter, I never take photos. - UI doesn't matter because I'll install CM anyway. If such a phone doesn't exist I'll just buy a second hand S4 since it matches all my requirements and it's going to be super cheap soon due to all people who got it at the release with a 2 year contract.

It doesn't have to be new but it still needs to be a significant upgrade from my S2, so I expect a 1080p screen or better and a good battery life. My S2 still works perfectly, I don't play games and don't use the camera, the main reason I want to replace it is because it is not LTE compatible. For now the S4 is the best candidate. I will go to a store this week to try 5.5" phones and see if I can use them with one hand comfortably and if I can I will probably buy an LG G4. But I know I may get great recommendations on TL

But I know I may get great recommendations on TL The Moto X 2014 its awesome and quite cheap, im using Official CM 12.1 and it runs flawlessly, no lag, smooth and fast, and it even has most of the moto features (wave to wake up, "chop" to turn on flash, twist for cammera, etc... but not always listening) But it doenst have physical buttons and only 32gb which may or may not be a problem for you (it isnt for me as i dont install games or stuff...) the One Plus One its damn good and cheap too, and its a CM phone for all that matters. and the evergreen Nexus 5 (since the Nexus 6 might betoo big for you).

Also question for you since you have one, how's the battery life, I see the capacity is only 2300mAh?

I forgot to mention that I have 30gb+ of music so if the phone doesn't have an sd slot I'll need a 64gb version. I just went to the Moto Maker website and they don't offer 64gb in France. I can probably accept to have less songs on my phone, though. Also question for you since you have one, how's the battery life, I see the capacity is only 2300mAh? I can get a full day quite decently with about 3-4 hours of SoT but im no power user, i do use BT, spotify, wifi on and off and locations always on (high precision). But thats on Stock lollipop Im using CM 12.1 since yesterday (it just got support, its on nightlies, but pretty stable i havent have a single crash) and battery seems deffinitely better but give me a day or 2 and i can give you a real opinion. Moto Maxx is another option, it has 64gb, 3gb RAM, QHD screen and it has an stupidly big 3900 mAh battery, but its pretty expensive too ($700-800). BUT i dont know how is the development of that phone, but im sure it will get CM one way or another just like any other phone
