It means the time after a successor/replacement has been elected for Person X, but Person X is still in office until the newly elected person is sworn in. That is after the Nov 3/4th election in 2016 when it comes to Obama. We are in February. Facts don't apply here.

Well maybe I'm not surprised by Rubio. Edit again: At least to me, it seems that Trump is falling part more and more. But as the only debate before SC, will it matter?

While I don't doubt your experience in Brazil I would argue that it's not that the difference is less pronounced, the minimum standard for all onions in stores is above the "not rotten" standard. Even in the cheapest stores in the US the produce that makes it there has already been screened for quality and appearance so that anything that isn't pretty enough is already discarded. It's a wasteful society. Hell, it's actually quite difficult to get a rotten onion unless you completely forget about it. They last for months after you buy them. So had to go to walmart for purchase and I remembered the conversation so I figured I'd take a look and see what I found. It wasn't as bad as I remembered, sometimes they do have decent stuff, just not what you're looking for. + Show Spoiler + Or you don't notice this until you go to eat it the next day and it's help spoil half the bag. + Show Spoiler + And every once in a while (my first try) you find the elusive rotten onion for sale. + Show Spoiler + Some days are better than others and that was a good day. Turns out it's been a known issue since 2013

The problem a lot of people have with the Republican party is that they won't admit Iraq was a mistake, its not like the hardcore Bush lovers are going to vote Sanders or Clinton over Trump in the general election, but Trump just made himself a whole lot more moderate, and with it more moderate votes. It's brilliant, the more the far right and the far left hate him the more the middle guys like him. Meanwhile Jeb just kept doing that frustrated Jeb head shake. And whose idea was it to give seats in the crowd only to doners, maybe the guy that knows Trump doesn't take donations?

Same 4 and 8 years ago. Come on, it was clear that McCain was becoming senile. Mitt Romney was kind of a real opponent. It is amazing. Like how everyone with a bit of talent doesn't even want to become US president. I don't live in the US anymore but if Bloomberg enters as an independent, he may have a real shot?

They all have to pander to the ultra conservatives who are the ones who actually show up to vote in the primary but then they have to walk everything back to have any chance of winning the national election once they are the party nominee. Good luck reigning in the nutters though. Same with Democrats though I guess. With Hillary Clinton trying to look more progressive to battle Sanders. Is there anywhere I can rewatch the debate?
