it will replace all the existing centrifuges, including the active or inactive ones, with the new generation of (IR-N) centrifuge machines
lol if iran thinks this will happen they are delusional.

Well, really, there are just dueling, propaganda "factsheets", which is really the point of the story: that the White House fact sheet is also full of crap.

Yes, but they can want that and use it as a position from which to negotiate. Just as the US/west can want to abolish all nuclear infrastructure everywhere in Iran.
Neither position is a realistic outcome, but they are valid starting points as long as both sides are willing to accept that it is never going to happen and something in the middle is going to have to suffice.
That said, both sides are posturing at the moment and trying to get into a position to get as many details as possible go their way within the framework already negotiated on.

No, a spuriously sourced, inflammatory document that represents the fringe political desires of ultra-conservative Iranian politicians as the actual terms of the deal already reached is not a basis for questioning a legitimate White House press release.
Unless, that is, your name is Ann Coulter or Michael Savage.

And my whole point is that their fact sheet differs materially from the fact sheet provided by the US State Department, which makes the questions of fact very strange.

If Iran presents their "fact sheet" as the outcome of the dealings so far, then either the White House or Iran, or both are lying. However, at the time, Iran seemed to agree with the White House that what was publicized was in fact the outcome of the negotiations in Switzerland.
Now they can try to backpedal and get a better deal, but that was the framework for the deal at the time, and there did not seem to be any dispute about it until this far-right religious website posted a contradicting "fact sheet", which seems to not be a fact sheet at all, but more of a "wish list".

Iran (the Ayatollah) said that the original factsheet was incorrect when it was released.
Also, if you give weight to the statements of this (or any so long as I have been alive) White House that aren't given under penalty of perjury...

this difference in 'fact sheets' shows that there's indeed serious struggle going on and the white house is striving for a tough bargain, exactly a position rightwing iranians would find full of crap while americans and israelis should take comfort in.

EDIT: I'm very curious to see what Zarif and the ayatollah have to say about this. It would be interesting if they reject it in the same way that President Obama categorically rejected the open letter by the 47 Republican senators. And Fars has made some pretty dumb mistakes before. I just think they would only publish it if this was the will of the Iranian government and not just some "renegade lawmakers".

The Tulsa County Sheriff's office ordered supervisors to falsify the training record of the reserve deputy who fatally shot a suspect after mistaking his revolver for his Taser, sources told the Tulsa World.
Reserve deputy Robert C. Bates, 73, faces manslaughter charges after he allegedly mistook this revolver for a Taser and fatally shot a suspect in an undercover operation April 2.
From the Tulsa World:
Supervisors at the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office were ordered to falsify a reserve deputy’s training records, giving him credit for field training he never took and firearms certifications he should not have received, sources told the Tulsa World. Multiple sources speaking on condition of anonymity told the newspaper that at least three of Bates' supervisors had been transferred after refusing to sign off on his state-mandated training. The World notes that "the sources’ claims are corroborated by records, including a statement by Bates after the shooting, that he was certified as an advanced reserve deputy in 2007."
The Sheriff's Office denied that documents were falsified or that supervisors were reassigned because they wouldn't sign off on Bates' training. The office announced Thursday that it will conduct a review of its reserve deputy training program.

If true, I don't even know what to say. I don't think I would be ok with a properly trained 73-year old police officer, let alone one that bribed his way into the department and falsified his certifications so that he could wave a gun around like it's his dick, jesus christ.

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama is poised to sign into law the most far-reaching health care reform bill since Obamacare, permanently ending the "doc fix" dilemma that has haunted Congress for more than a decade.
It also slashes Medicare benefits for upper-income seniors.
And in the strangest of twists, the legislation passed with overwhelmingly bipartisan support, an exceedingly rare achievement for a Congress that has all but ceased to address big, long-term problems.
The legislation passed the Senate on Tuesday night by a vote of 92-8. It was approved 392-37 by the House last month before Easter recess. Obama had endorsed the proposal as Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) were closing in on a deal.
"It’s another reminder of a new Republican Congress that’s back to work," said Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY)
On the urging of Boehner and McConnell, the Senate rejected six amendments to the legislation offered by both parties and approved it as written. Boehner is expected to send Obama the legislation after a House signing ceremony on Thursday.
"Through this bold, necessary legislation, we have secured critical support for low-income seniors, for poor children, and for underserved communities across the country," said Pelosi.

An emotional Gov. Nathan Deal has signed legislation that permits the use of medical marijuana in Georgia to treat eight serious health problems.
In a ceremony in the Capitol attended by about 100 parents, children and legislators, Deal on Thursday made Georgia the 36th state plus Washington, D.C., to legalize the use of marijuana extracts for medical use.
The conditions are cancer, ALS, seizure disorder, multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease, mitochondrial disease, Parkinson's and sickle cell.
Deal told a crowd that "refugee families" that moved to Colorado so children could be treated can come home after the 30 to 60 days it will take the state to get ready.
He was hugged by families of children, as was Rep. Allen Peake, R-Macon, who authored House Bill 1 and has championed the legalization cause.

On conditions of anonymity at least one of them reported it. Thank goodness. We need more people willing to do the right thing because clearly the police like to play fast and loose with the facts at multiple departments across the country. Not just lying to cover up negligence, but pressuring and threatening people to falsify records and help cover up. This stuff isn't new it's just getting caught on camera, so the BS police stories aren't holding up.
