So what happened then? was mirrored a guy on the couch and what was he doing like pointing out when Cosmo lost seconds or something? BONUS STREAM IS UP RIGHT NOW Mirrored is a bit of an overbearing guy and he thought he was helping Cosmo out by doing all the explanations during the run so that Cosmo could concentrate. Cosmo is a bit of a passive guy and he actually enjoys doing all the explanations during the run and it helps him concentrate. It was unfortunate that it happened or that someone else didn't ask him to tone it down. Cosmo did once or twice but was really indirect about it, so Mirrored didn't get the hint. He thought he was helping; he wasn't. Internet freaks out about it.

To be fair, Cosmo did seemed pretty bummed out about it, and Cosmo has a lot of... we'll call them "passionate" fans. =P I just felt really bad for Cosmo, his tweets and the chat screenies were just depressing

His silence lasts for maybe 10 minutes.

It's kind of unfair to put Cosmo in the situation where he has to tell someone to shut up, but on the other hand Cosmo should learn to tell people to shut up because it's a valuable skill. Most people could read Cosmo's body language but given Mirrored didn't take any of the other hints, I'm going to venture and say reading body language isn't his thing. His silence lasts for maybe 10 minutes. And ofc the "Ohhhh he missed" thing is a dick move.

He certainly could have been a bit more forward, but he obviously doesn't want to really hurt anyone's feelings or step on toes too much, you know? Mirrord asked "Do you want to talk?" and Cosmo said "Yes", although it may have gotten lost in some of the other chatter. I just felt bad for the poor guy, his tweet about flying across the country for a shitty boring run was sad lol

What I cringed at was when a donator asked "why doesn't he have a link costume like the last guy?". And mirrored answered "Because I don't have one".

http://forum.speeddemosarchive.com/post/agdq_2013_rules__commentary_and_donation_comments.html -Don't interrupt the runner if he or she is explaining something. The runner gets first priority for commentary. Also, please don't mention off-topic commentary unless if the runner specifically wants to go off-topic or it's a casual run. Jibba you pointed out that Mirrord also criticizes cosmo's mistakes. Every single time Cosmo had a minor error, Mirrord made a comment and said how much time that lost. That has to be the absolute most aggravating thing ever for someone who is trying to concentrate on performing well in a marathon environment.

I'm just saying it seems like there's three paths to get the optimal outcome for Cosmo. 1. Mirrord gets it and stays quiet 2. Someone else steps in and tells him to (which should've happened) Since those two didn't happen, the last path is for Cosmo to be a bit authoritative and tell him to.
