might not be if im legally unable to, yes. I can work 80hrs now and accomplish the same thing now. At one time that wasn't seen as abnormal either. We increased quality of life to a point where that's seen as an abuse by employers now. We have made some progress since the late 19th century and early 20th to change that from both sides (regulating employers actions and dissuading employees to persue better qol) We need the same societal change otherwise people will just choose to overwork themselves.
Right qualifications can limit employment. But people with right qualifications don't necessarily do the same jobs either. With jobs disappearing, you will still face stiffer competition, even if everyone can't do your job. (and more people seeking said qualification whereas they might have pursued something else)
