So I just had to do something else. When I realised that I stopped falling asleep. :/ And I don't think anyone is should be surprised that switchtasking hurts performance (for most people who aren't like me).. unless people are that delusional.. | ||

but when u perform other tasks that u havent mastered yet ur brain requires more capacity to fully execute it, and thus switchtasking will hurt ur performance | ||
