Actually it is. Even on the TL SC2 forums you get people yell "THIS IS OP DURRRRRRRRRR" and you get people telling them they're morons and Day9 laughing on the daily, knowing in his heart that they're bad, and the things they did wrong were here, here, and there. Pointing out where they went wrong can help them understand "you do not do this, you do this instead" instead of listening to them scream imbalance. ;/
Like, in certain matchups in LoL you MUST do certain things. Not doing them may make you lose your lane extremely hard. People need to understand that, but the majority is like those on the sc2 boards, who scream how stuff is just imba and blahblahblah.

Another thing, if you are low ELO people rage hardcore when you don't ban rammus and shen. There was a game that we eventually won, but my teammates yelled at me the whole time. Rofl yeah I remember when my friend tanked me into super low elo every ban was rammus/shen/amumu/malphite. Low elo hate tanks so much.

People are usually so clumped up that no matter when you ult, you will always either save a couple of enemies or be to late to save your allies. At higher levels, fights usually play out differently in a way that makes it easier to do proper ults, but you can still mess up badly. Especially with 300 ping TT

To be fair, 95% of the time someone says "I'm good with X champion," they usually go feed really hard =D

My 800 ELO friend says "I'm pretty damn good with ww" all the time. He goes smite/exhaust jungle wick, buy cloth + 2 pots + ward, wards his own blue for no reason, goes golem -> wraiths -> wolves -> backs and then does buffs. His build used to always be razors -> BT -> finish MBR -> GA -> more damage. This was until I told him it's stupid. Now he does MBR rush no matter what -> SV -> GA even though I told him he shouldn't rush MBR every game and zzzzzzzzzz.
If he ganks, he runs in. STOPS, and stands there for a full 2 seconds. Exhuasts. Then starts moving again to q and then the gank fails and he walks back into the jungle. Every time, no matter what. You think you'd learn? lol

For example there was this situation where our Vayne dives a tower despite it being 5v1, the then the Vayne's being attacked by the turret, and then he dies to the last turret hit despite me shielding her -> "OMFG NOOB JANNA WHY DONT YOU ULTI WTF NOOB FUCK YOU NOOB IDIOT"

But then there was some situation like my team taking a million free dmg as we're attacking their inhibitor, then 3 of our teammates are low hp and soon after 3 of us die and I get "OMFG NOOB JANNA YOU HAD LIKE 10 SECONDS TO ULTI" and even after the game I still don't understand what I was supposed to ulti

janna ult is hard to understand, it's easiest one to fuck up in the game, people who qq about you not using it are retarded and depending on you too much as a crutch and are generally retarded
|
Hate having jannas on my team at 1700 ELO, they never contribute to anything, win or loss.
But its usually about that 1 ult that turns the game around because she just saved two of the enemy teams carries from getting killed.

I played an enemy Alistar today who saved my life on like 4 separate occasions. All four times I was certainly about to die in a fight and BAM he knocks me away to safety. Once even punted me over a wall and I just strolled away.
edit: like
|
MF who manages to have 0/0/0 masteries by deleting a mastery page instead of switching it guy who demands i pick amumu for him, goes on to not R in a single teamfight the entire game

Feed top as WW. Continue feeding after you steal it from Ryze. Initiate team fights with half of the team out of position. Blame loss on Mundo hard countered by team with 4 ignites.
I dread any teammate with their country code in their username ie BR, MX, PL

FFFFFUUUUUUCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKK SOLOQUEUE
Opponents: Tryndamyre, Yi, Vayne. My team: Swain, Jax, Amumu
No one on my team gets Thornmail. FFS
Edit: But then I think "At least the opponents weren't Alistar Sona Vayne or A+S+Trynd

While most stories are about people who face brainless people on their team, let me illustrate how rough it was for this poor team.
I play twitch and im mid. I get alot of farm but overall it's not going so well for my team. Nothing to blame them for, they were just outsmarted by the enemy team. They proceed with flaming our entire team with terms as "noobs" and calling us "unskilled players" etc. etc.
Now this is where it gets EXTREMELY hilarious.
So im pushing their second bot tower and i get it down. Meanwhile they're pushing mid and gets 1 for 1. They realize i'm pushing and recalls, thus facing that i have pushed to the inhibitor. It's now open for backdoor.
I try to backdoor it, and instead of just ignoring losing this inhibtor they spend the next 15-20 min preventing me from backdooring. They completely ignored everything that was going on, so my team ends up getting 2 drags, 1 baron and our trynd+swain gets roughly 300 CS, while their team has been spending at least 400 gold (some even 800g) on buying oracles so i won't backdoor this inhibtor, thus losing in late game.
TL;DR we push, we win, the enemy team rage at me for being a noobish backdoorer, and my whole team starts laughing. Oh yeah team mates can be the best.
Oh and i just realized how off-topic this was so let me illustrate something terrible too, seeing as this is a QQ thread.
Ranked game - Malphite (me), tristana, tf, shen, ashe
We got no jungler, our tristana runs teleport+ignite, runs out in the bot brush and dies because they had high burst. She then proceeds to jungle, starting on the small golems, wiping twice. While i had a really good game and actually killed some of these scrubs, she is now lvl 5 while the enemy team is lvl 10-12, rockets jumps into all 5 of them and dying instantly.
FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

My most recent ranked game I take alistar. I decided to roam since we already have a solo top. My teammates keep complaining about my low cs and low level, even though we get a lead early/mid game. We were up by a tower and a few kills, and I don't think any dragons were taken yet.
Like, ok maybe they had never seen someone roam before and they didn't understand, but why complain about it when it is obviously working? Of course we end up wasting the lead (that part might have been partly my fault, idk) and get crushed since they had stronger carries.

I've been trying to teach my friends for the past 100 games, they were all bloody beginners. It was pretty cool in the beginning because I could easily win 5on1, it's hell now. I feel like everyone has stopped improving. They still have a pretty low level of map awareness, they're still asking me about what items to get, they still can't lasthit properly, they still have trouble engaging properly - they even manage to not look at their screen sometimes and die unnecessary deaths. I'm starting to feel helpless because I don't know what I could possibly do besides giving them a detailed explanation about their mistakes. Sometimes, they find themselves in spots where 99 solutions are decent but they somehow managed to pick the one bad move that gets them killed, it's hilarious.
+ Show Spoiler + But we're getting there and when we're done, I'll be commanding the greatest LoL team ever.
