A little overdone in my opinion, something more subtle would fit Vayne better.

I expect her to still be the top pick, followed by Janna, Alistar, Nunu and Leona in some order, with Taric getting picked until people realize he's still dogshit and then going to cry in a corner with Soraka.

Cooldown is now reduced by 1.5 seconds whenever Shen attacks instead of 2 seconds when being attacked Note it doesn't mention that the cooldown was only reduced by autoattacks by champions, rather than in general. So for the changes does this mean that the cooldown is reduced whenever shen attacks anything or just when he attacks other champions? This would make a significant difference to jungle shen, if not to laning. And I can see it either way - though I'm leaning towards interpretting it as all his attacks lower its cooldown, it isn't clear.

It did mention "Champion" in the previous wording, so I would assume it's against anything. Normally I would question that, but with the extent of his other buffs I really would be surprised if it was only against champions. Oh, and don't forget that the CD reduction on Ki Blade is 3 seconds with Fient up. And Ki Strike's damage is higher. And his Taunt lasts half a second longer at early ranks and now does a small but appreciable amount of damage. And he heals more with Vorpal Blade. But again, he's going to destroy Top Lane so hard that his jungle is going to go unnoticed.

That's a lot of CC and he sounds like he'll be a good straight up tank, though figuring out where to play him will be the real trick. I reserve my judgment until the spotlight comes out so I know how he works.

Just based off his kit, he could work well in the jungle with good ganks with his Q pull then E slow and then passive stun. If you wanted to go for clear speed, his w looks promising. Anyone know if his R is a targetable? If so, that's another move that will make him that much harder to get away from. Ganking combo R->Q->Passive/E = dead, and you could throw in W in there for that extra bit of damage. I guess it comes down to the numbers and mana costs in the end.
