I think the other team picked Kennen early, so TSM thought that they'd send Kennen mid but then the other team picked Kass after TSM had picked Karth and send Kennen bot Why would you think Kennen would go mid? That's literally the least likely lane he'd be sent to. If anything you'd expect Kennen to be sent top and their team to still be waiting to pick their mid laner. That's NA though. On EU, you can literally find Kennen in any of the three lanes.
Inb4 jungle Kennen for champ select mindfucks.

Kennen seems to be a bit of a ultimate first pick. Viable (strong even) in all 3 lanes; able to decourage quite a few picks for top/mid; able to bait counterable heroes that are intended to 1v1 vs kennen (like karthus ^^)
So stronk

Just to let you guys know about the pricing on CN server. $20 for 2 rune pages and no option to buy pages buy IP. A new champ is about $8. They also divide skin into class, legendary class(those like Teemo spacesuit skin or Frost Annie) are $15. Cheapest skin is about $2~3. There are so much weird shit on CN server I should start a thread about it. LOL

Yeah it's generally unavoidable, my only words to them are to steer them away from like, say, Nunu top, or something that I KNOW will lose to their Riven/GP/Wukong top. Besides that if you keep jungling, seriously just work on your jungling skills because that's how you're gonna win the lane for that idiot who is absolutely convinced that Veigar top is a hard counter to Pantheon.

So ya, the only thing that is REALLY different is the fact they screw you over for rune pages.

What do you mean by "Tancent bought Riot"? Didn't they just get a license or something like that to manage LoL in China, rather?

Definitely not $500 a year... and are we talking about CNY or USD?
@above Tencent actually made an acquisition of Riot... iirc they paid $400 million USD.
"Riot Games was founded five years ago by Beck and Marc Merrill, who saw potential in an idea dubbed “session-based” gaming, or short games you could play during a lunch break. " source interesting.. I wouldn't exactly call LoL a game you can play in your lunch break.

Not that any of us actually play just one game then log off but standard lunch breaks in the US is one hour. So technically that is enough time for one game. >_>

I really didn't expect Riot to be worth that much.. in fact worth more than $400 million, because Tencent only acquired a majority stake.
