Who is Saint talking about? Is it Dyrus?
|
Hmm saint saying he's trying to recruit a new top lane for Curse to replace pobelter until school starts up or something (he'll still be on the team though, but benched). He says he's like the best top laner ever, miles ahead of voyboy even. He's on a pro team currently and is still talking with him. Not exactly sure who it is. Saint said this person would rape maknoon, darien, hotshot, dyrus and voyboy at the very least, so not any of them. I can't think of anyone like that from NA although I can't see them recruiting internationally, although with a gaming house anything can change...

It's obviously SmashDrizzle imo.

Chauster maybe? :> With all the talk in CLG about Chauster going top and hotshot support a while ago, I could see it being him.

Chauster only NA player whom I could realistically see as someone say is better than all of those people that were listed two posts ago. But, I think it's unlikely saint is trying to recruit Chauster.
More than likely it's just one of the people on the many many NA B-tier teams that saint feels is better than all of those other players even if it probably isn't true. Saint tends to exaggerate a bit imo.
And the talk about HSGG going support was, imo, because Chauster can play every role and because HSGG's lack of champion depth and shitty performance lately has been a problem. I think Hotshot decided to just take over jungling and get a new top laner rather than bench himself.
|
The problem with HSGG jungling is that early your relying on the jungler to make plays and I just dont see it happening with HSGG.
Plus hes probably thinking its an easier job while imo Jungle is one of the harder roles to play since you need a lot more map awareness / balance between ganks and farm.
Guess the future will show but I doubt HSGG makes for a good jungler.
|
I wouldn't be surprised if Chauster was the top that saint is referring too.If I was in his place I wouldn't wanna stick around to watch hotshot fail the jungle over and over until he learns it.He also must have been excited to move up to top lane and have a bigger impact on the team but now that voy is there he's stuck with support again.
|
He also said that when his team scrimmed, he'd go like "17-0 every game against hotshot." So it makes me think it has to be someone outside of CLG. But I might be remembering that wrong and he might have said whenever they played. But it didn't seem like it was Chauster, especially since a big reason for his move was to get away from such big voices like his.

He watched the last 10 mins of a game where hotshot went jungle shyv and the teams were fairly even all game until hotshot's team grabbed baron and just won. He was essentially just making fun of the really silly moves, mainly of hotshots team, like them killing the inhib with baron buff and for no reason at all backing up and letting hotshot die taking the inhib l0l.
In the next tourny TOO is gonna play mao againt hotshot: George George George of the jungle watch out for that treeeeee.

... oh my. You shouldn't make me laugh at office like that.

edit: i realize it's hard to qualify "best player" because there are some amazing AP players like scarra and salce and amazing other position players like xpecial and voy, and amazing overall players like chauster, but i just think SV is so confident and direct in everything he does. he's like pre-slump jiji, a total gamechanger when he gets the opportunity Lilballz.
That is all.

ya lilballz puts so much pressure on the map where saint would be afk farming because he thinks his route is optimal or w.e lululul.
