Its TOO's best jungler + the only one HSGG isn't totally incompetent with! Hotshot played a pretty good Naut at MLG Anaheim from what I remmber. Naut is back, Hotshot in the Jungle is back, only makes sense. That was when Naut was like sick though if I recall. You could crush people with just mobos, and it was during the HOG+Philo era, which is more HSGG conducive than the modern jungle. That's a good point. People complain about the Season 3 Jungle but man I don't miss stacking GP10s in the jungle one bit.
People only complain about the S3 jungle because it falls so short of what was promised + it made us buy a crappy earlygame item just to clear it, and they basically had to give us a few really awesome items for that to build into to placate the masses.
Items that are so efficient, by the way, that laners are buying them now.

Lol . I love how no one even giving Aphro a chance in top lane. Why do people Pigeon hole players to their role?
|
People are going to bm Aphro when he fails in his first few games, but then when he starts picking up the lane more and starts being a beast, nobody will admit they were wrong ^_^
|
Wait what happened? Why is HSGG jungling and Aphro top
Also Laners buying SS items is like Wriggles in early s2, they had to nerf it to shit and then not even junglers bought it
|
I... what? Is this some late April fools joke?
Maybe this was Chausters doing? He's like shit, I'm actually not as good as I thought I was... I want back on support please. I'm sure Aphro will do fine top but I thought he was doing awesome as support.
And HSGG back in the jungle? What? Why in god's name... if anything should have happened it should have been give Chau the boot and find a better jungler.

He has zero experience in top lane. Role swaps hardly ever work for a reason. He's thousands of games and years of practice behind almost every other relevant top laner.
I love Aphro, but he's incredibly unproven at both AD and support. His AD was decent, but in all honesty solo queue was where he had most of his success. How many offline tournaments did he play/win as AD?
His support has been getting much better, but even then it's taken him a long time to get to a decent level on a support. Even there he had massive advantages being partnered with the best AD in NA and having Chauster to tutor him. So why take a massive gamble on moving Aphro to top, when he hasn't proven himself in any other role yet?
The idea Aphromoo will be able to beat or go even with the likes of Dyrus/Voyboy with a few months practice is hilariously optimistic. Don't CLG have any ambitions to do well at Worlds? Can anyone tell me it's possible Aphro can matchup semi-decently vs korean toplaners for example?

It's genuinely hard to find words to describe how disappointing this is. I'll assume the main point of this is to get Chauster back on support. If they really felt that had to happen, then they should have made the hard decision to bench Aphro and bring in a top tier, proven jungler or toplaner. Hell, MegaZero is free right now. I don't even like MegaZ much, but nobody can tell me Aphro will do a better job toplane.
All that time spent watching Aphro struggle, but improve on support has been for nothing. Argh, so sad. Being a Toronto Maple Leafs fan.

Oh I'm not a fan personally but everyone in my house is. For anyone who thinks that a thrown game of League is a travesty, you have no idea what the Leafs did yesterday. It hurt to watch that even as a Red Wings fan.

Also, damn you craptop. Won't let me run it and charge at the same time anymore, fuuuuuuu. Replacement part will get here Saturday, but until then... >_<
EDIT: Wait, HSGG back in the jungle, Chauster on Support, and Aphro Top?
That seems...like a really strange swap. While I understand why (Chauster Jungle was underperforming as all heck), it's really poorly planned I feel. HSGG was doing well re-learning top, and Aphro was developing as a support.
Throwing Aphro top just seems questionable (no top lane experience whatsoever as I recall), and HSGG jungle again, while it may be better then Chauster, is still not particularly impressive.
But eh, I'm sure they thought this through, given how close it is to the Summer season and Worlds, so they must've figured out major advantages internally.

Man I just love Varus/Zyra lane.

I've probably missed it but where is the confirmation on this role change?
And WHAT THE FUCK ARE THEY THINKING MY GOD WTF WTF WTF WTF WTF

LOL@CLG. I just saw the role swap thing. HsGG back in jungle should be hilarious to watch.

And WHAT THE FUCK ARE THEY THINKING MY GOD WTF WTF WTF WTF WTF I think along the lines of this:
Aphromoo top: Kiwikid did it, why can't Aphro?
Chauster support: He can be a better shotcaller on support when he doesn't need to worry about (mis)smiting things
HSGG Jungle: Better then Chauster. Was a good, if unimpressive, support-style jungler. Putting him in jungle allows for a 3-threat (instead of 2-threat) game, as he's more comfortable on support-tanks then carries.
Not the worst thinking, just horrible timing tbh.

I'm with Tolkien, Kha's evolved A so so dumb. It's like olaf axe on steroids... Does big damage, clears waves, has big sustain and crazy range. Even if you out play Kha by large amounts and get way ahead you can't push him out of lane or zone him, which would be fine if he didn't snowball so hard, but he does snowball really hard.
It's like combining lux range with alkali snowball and spell vamp. Just dumb design.
