It wasn't even to shut down someone's misguided opinions on the game, that's the really astounding part.

I can't tell if you're being serious because Yiruru is legitimately one of the best players to ever play this game We queued into CLG once in preseason 1 normals and he was blind pick kat, went bravery, and ended the game 22-0-4 or something. On OLD kat.

40min into the game I look at his inventory and suddenly notice that he never bought anything except for his starting items. I became very scared and confused until Smash mentioned that ruru was doing the 10k challenge, which meant to not buy anything until having accumulated 10k gold. I began to understand I was being trolled by a troll genius. I was ready to take the loss for my horrible decision to give up on a literal God of LoL. With the game all but finished we fought one last time with probably 5k+ gold down. Ruru suddenly decided to buy items and arrive fashionably late. He got a quadra kill with a single brand ult. We aced the other team and won the game. The last minute was just everyone on skype laughing.

Never mind that we may be playing against bad players. Never mind that we are probably more coordinated than the enemy team. Based on this purely anecdotal evidence we can safely conclude that this double jungle strategy is viable and deserves serious consideration and discussion. I imagine we'll see this double jungle style become part of the meta in a LCS near you. What are your thoughts on this strategy?

This is a good strategy because soraka solves the bird's mana issues, letting the bird soar to become the powerhouse she is. Through this, we are able to deny the enemy jungler and pressure all lanes. We have also been playing double jungle with Sona with great success. You should run Janna to increase Soraka/Anivia's slow movespeed for better counterjungling. Janna's winds help Anivia get more lift, allowing for additional soaring. Also Quinn might be a good addition because of bird synergy? I don't know maybe a high Elo player could weigh in on that.

Yesterday I had a game where a duo was trolling and locked blitz after my friend went support zilean. They then (one was adc) went top, leaving support zilean with full runes/masteries against an adc and support. He proceeded to go ap carry style 7-0 crushes lane for the victory. I don't even know any more. New meta?

I'm glad that together, we can be at the forefront of innovation for this game. The bird idea is extremely compelling. I think that using 5 bird champions will increase the win rate. Much to our dismay, I think there's only 3 bird champions? (Swain, ice bird, and Quinn) This means that what Riot needs to do is to port Phoenix from Dota and give Soraka a bird-skin.
