Don't worry, if Gambit would have won the last game we'd be reading about how OP purple side is.

No real ceremony for the winners of the most important eu tournament feels kinda strange to me .

Alex would just assassinate the party !

to be honest... All Mana-less champions are either OP or useless. U can stay in lane forever. This is why Riot messed up introducing these dumb Mana-less champions. Nerfing Zed will make him useless.
I'm pretty sure we'll have mana-less top and mid lanes only........ Just like today, where zed was mid and rumble top. Jungler can use the blue buff all game if they want.

His winrate (and Kha'Zix's, and Zac's) is also stupidly high in both LCS. And purple side had 100% win rate in NA quarters, clearly op. Seriously you cant make statstics with such small samples. Hence why I also mentioned the championship season rather than just the Bo5?

ceremonies and eSports generally don't mix

both teams got zed 2 times if anything fnatic won fair and square

Zed and Thresh are the only champs that stick out as unusually high pick/ban rate and also unusually high winrate, everyone else might have one or the other(high pick/ban but near 50%, or high win but average-ish pick).
Edit: For EU LCS btw, Zed is a ghost in NA, and loses more than he wins.

Im really looking forward to watching Wildturtle play in the NA finals now. It'll be refreshing to see some extremely solid ADC play, the EU adcs, specifically Fnatic Vs Gambit, looked a little underwhelming.

Gambit somehow didn't manage to snowball game 4 despite the ealy lead that they seemed to gain from all the chaos (at least seemed like it) and seemed to tilt in game 5, so in the end Fnatic prevailed, but I don't think anyone's "accused" them of winning through picking da OP (I'd be less lenient about Wickd and Zac, personally).

LOL when everyone else is miles worse adc look like solid players, but when they actually play against europeans they get smashed

That final was extremely high level and while not being the best players I think the ADC on both team did a pretty good job overall

Haha sadly I agree. Fuck it, just give the nerds their money in a backroom.
People saying the adc's of EU are lacking: There's only so much $$$ and cs on the map. If the mid Zed has 300 cs by 30 minutes, the ADC's are going to be lacking in strength. It seems to me just a different meta. You'll notice in NA that it's going to be the ADC who has the most farm and are always the ones AFK farming in lane so obviously when they start fighting they are going to seem a lot stronger than the EU adc because they have way more gold and thus more impact in the teamfight whenever it happens.

Well you guys gotta hang on to something in NA might aswell be AD players.

Yo Genja and Yellowstar were pretty exceptional, and I usually don't see Genja's skill at all.
|
To be fair, just from the grand final, we can't evaluate much from EU Adc at all since the series was all about Alex Ich vs Xpeke. May be a little bit of Soaz vs Darien as well but it was never about the ADC.
I don't think NA adc are better than EU adc, its just that in NA, the most solid position in many teams are adc.

I guess yellowstar just came through for them way more in this particular series.
|
It was Soaz and Xpeke vs Diamond and Alex. They are just on another level. They carry their respective team imho.
|
Christ, it pains me to say this, but it seems like TSM is the only solid NA team at the moment
