When was the last time HSGG got triple in a pro-game? With all those kills it's even possible he ended up the richest champ in that last game. Wut. He actually played well in all 3 games. Start of game 2 was very shaky, he went 0/3 in lane. Aside from that, yeah, Hotshot was pretty good throughout. 2nd game was questionable. I felt he just rode on the gold advantage the rest of the team created. Game 3; he did very well though.

either the worst case of nerves ever from azure cats
collusion to keep clg in the lcs
or clg really got its shit together

Awesome games by CLG. Azure Cats' performance might have been rather underwhelming but CLG really got their stuff together and managed to close out 3 solid games in a row with each member on the team doin' work. A pleasant change of pace.

Part of me is worried though that they'll just keep being lazy and have another bad split like the previous one.
Glad they didn't get eliminated though. The NA scene wouldn't be the same without CLG.
I'm glad they got a much needed wake up call, though. I really want NA to step it up before World's.

Doublelift showing mad respect to AC

Doublelift sounds like this whole episode has taught them some modesty. Would be very good for CLG if so.

It's strange that we still don't have a Neo post. Has he already drunk himself dead from joy?

Urgot definitely doesn't have the dps of Vayne so the team has less reliance on doublelift to carry with damage. It seemed like a well executed game. CLG still made a lot of mistakes though from what I saw in the latter half of the second game. They lost dragons needlessly.
Also, it seemed to me like the Azure Cats Volibear did nothing in fights other than blow up. In the fight at dragon, he dies to Xerath ult from 1000 range away. In the fight at baron area, he gets on Xerath and starts wailing on him with the ult for like 500 damage, but Hotshot just shields Xerath and Xerath flashes, then the rest of the team close in on Voli and kill him. The fight at the inhibitor, he just basically runs through all of CLG while they dive past the tower for more important targets. Volibear then hides. Like I understand that he did decent damage, for a jungler, but Volibear has some of the easiest ganks to spot in the game, and I think Azure Cats could have gone with a better tank / early ganker.

Mad respect to Doublelift. He improved his attitude a lot, big props-- didn't really watch him much during the game, didn't seem to make any crazy plays or anything, but played solid. This overall felt like a completely different and much improved team from the other CLG.
I could learn to like this CLG team. Used to be "Dlift is a good AD, I like Aphro", now maybe it can be like "hey, this team aint bad, seem like good guys and good players".

I really want a round robin tourney for the 4 teams that lost to get a wildcard spot back into the LCS :<, so much good potential.

But then, my predictions so far have been awful, so we'll see how this plays out!
Was wrong again - CLG 3-0!!! GG
