Unfortunately, today the organizers informed us that due to sponsor and venue complications, Ultimate BarCraft will be cancelled and they will be refunding all donations. Our apologies to everyone who was looking forward to the event. We are as disappointed as you at the news of its cancellation but it appears nothing can be done at this point to save it. As soon as I read it was now "EG's Barcraft" I thought "wow Scott and Alex at it again." No. I don't have proof. Just my thoughts. Ultimate Barcraft had some really cool stuff set up, too bad they had "funding" problems. I figured the donations were to help cover the costs that had already been paid. Which seems like you would pay all in advance for a big event like this anyways. Venues usually require that and I know the people organizing this are smarter then to count their chickens before they hatch. Which makes me think foul play was involved. The hastily constructed EG barcraft was really terrible and the show afterwards wasn't as top quality as past shows but I suppose it's because they didn't have an announcement of the announcement that they were going to do it. =p | ||
