+ Show Spoiler [OSL SPOILER!] +
Yesterday's match against IriS left me wondering if sAviOr was sick. His reaction to the marine rush was quite, dare I say it, pitiful. His micro was below par, and his overall game play just seemed extremely shaky. The way he handled situation got me wondering if this was really sAviOr playing.
braQ has been on fire. Coming back at Oov from an 0-1 start and playing some excellent games in Proleague, braQ has really been rising above the rest. Atleast, that's what we get when we see him play TvT.
The fact is that TvT is pretty much all we've seen him play. He's only played 1 TvZ and that was way back in April, against Clon, who I must say is no Savior. This match will be the true test... for braQ to prove that he can play with the big boys.
We all know Python. My prediction is Savior to take this... unless... well, if you read the spoiler you should know.
Loki is currently 2-1 TvZ, which isn't much to say. With an early 3rd gas, it seems like an easier ZvT map than Peaks, which seems to be compared to it often.
But the same can be said for the Terran. It's very difficult to predict map these days, especially since all of my predictions seem to be way off. So I shall say nothing more.
From what I gather, Desperado is a map that is good for Terran against Zerg. However GoRush's solution to the map was very convincing... but since the strat was used once, I'm not counting on it working again. It will be interesting to see Savior's own solution for this map.
If braQ wants to beat savior, he needs to take a win here. With a 3-6 ZvT stat, it will probably the map where braQ can get his biggest advantage.
However, sAviOr is 1-1 on the map, losing to Light in OSL using a surprise rush build and defeating Shine in a fairly one sided battle.
Should the game last this long I will have to give it to Savior. I mean come on, the guy won a Bo3 on Longinus2/Desert Fox/Reaverse Temple, and a Bo5 where Longinus2 was used twice. There will be hell to pay if he loses here.
My bet goes to Savior, as I'm sure most people will. The dude's a monster, and better players than FBH has failed to take him down on the best maps they could ask for.
