How do i detect damage from psi storm?

Unit - Any Unit is attacked
(Damaging effect) == High Templar - Psi Storm (Persistent)
From there I think you would just have a psi storm sized region, move that region on top of the triggering unit, and then order the triggering unit to move out of it...
Maybe something like
Region - Move Region to (Target position for (Triggering Order)).
(Order (Triggering Unit) to (Move targeting (((Center of Region) reflected at (Position of (Triggering Unit)) with normal facing 0.0) facing (0.0 degrees)) (replace existing orders)
Basically you order the unit to move in the opposite direction from the center of the region. Or something, this should probably be in simple/questions/answers except that the answer is not so simple.
