Guess what , TLMC version was far less polished than the current one , it looked like a early 2011 map where everyone was still a noob in mapmaking.

No, I am just a very strategical player, and I love making up new builds, which is mostly possible (and viable) with maps that support unique builds. On close spawns I am lately trying to go in PvZ super fast Colossi to harass the close 3rd which is the one that is taken for Zerg players. I also failed Immortal Sentry all-in a few times, which I thought will be OP, so I am intrigued about what is best on this map. Once the map is figured out it will be probably imbalanced, but until then I am going to enjoy finding exploits to it as much as possible.

Isn't that the point of it? A funky map has a limited life, once a funky map has been figured out it becomes imbalanced (most of the time), and it can/should be replaced for a new one repeating the cycle. I personally have no issue with Deadwing, i do not like the flow of it, the way players can hold 4 bases without really needing to move their army to defend them, and i consider it to have some technical mistakes, to put it someway, none the less it fulfills what it is asked of it (be a "macro map") for the ladder, and it promotes outside the box thinking, which is something blizzard and me can agree to be a good thing. So yes overall i'm not mad with Deadwing in the ladder.

As for me, I have only encountered this on that specific map, then again I don't play a lot of maps except the ones that are on ladder. Still, it would be interesting if someone knowledgeable could investigate the issue.
