◇ Backstory - My second map after TLMC. Also another WoW-themed map. - Home of all dragonflights and also a great dragon graveyard, Dragonblight is located in Northrend. - Main-aesthetics was derived from Wyrmrest Temple. Other places have dragon bones, snow, ice, and ice. ◇ Description - A 2 player point symmetry map. Quite standard map with some macro features.
- There are seemingly three choices for the third, but actually only one next to natural will be taken in all games. It is highly defensive and requires a roundabout way to attack. Other close bases can be considered as the fourth.
- Gold base is really close to natural, but it can be attacked from highlands and exposed to attacks opposite the rock.
- The initial attack route involves narrow ramps on middle. Players may break rocks or take other ramps to move bigger armies.
- LoS blockers add bonus points to defenders on highlands.

Wow this is a really neat design, I was working on something similar with the golds but it never came to fruition. This is very much a macro map and I'd love to see how some games play on it.
The aesthetics look nice, especially the textures of the mains.
Good job

Love watching games on maps that split down the middle like this. That ramp directly above/below the main is going to be interesting to defend if you dont expand that way, but its tricky angle and all the highground make it work nicely.
Do you get vision of a hatch building at the gold from behind the destructible rocks/ravine or do you need to scout from highground? Cant tell from the pic.
I like it

Excellent map as usual, RQM. Quite standard, and looks really good, love what you did with the icy bones!

DragonBlight was my first server =D
Really awesome aesthetics, it has a lot of personality, strong callbacks but I could see still see this place existing in the Starcraft universe. Great job.

Antares777// Thank you for your kind words, want to see your version of gold implementation. I put most efforts into main, you got that. :D Thanks again!
themusic246// The map is kinda split by middle, stuffed like an icy valley between highlands. Lands in front of the main would be crucial as you said. Main's vision advantage and ramp help defenders to expel opponents there.
Actually I did not check that issue, my bad. I will check it when I am available. Thank you.
Solstice245// Thank you! I was just lucky to make some layouts, heheh. Icy bones were the very first ideas to make this map.
lestye// Mine was Malfurion, as korean servers are named after characters.
Thanks, I tried to depict feelings when I first saw wyrmrest temple. I appreciate it, as yours is a comment from fellow wow player. :D
ATTx// Thank you, also for your comments on discord.

Solid map, i think the gold is a bit too safe though, and probably zerg just eco cheeses with it every game. Gj with the aesthetics

I see.. I will move gold's mineral nodes closer to middle and make them more dangerous. Thanks!
