Just one thing...I think an ebay block is necessary in TvP right now. If your reaper or SCV scouts that they are going oracles or proxy DTs or what not you can even let the ebay finish and build a missile turret in your mineral line. But more importantly if you're blocking their natural then you know they have to be doing a 1 base build and with the first 10 minutes of TvP being incredibly difficult right now being able to eliminate an entire range of the Protoss's possible builds is good. A lot of Protoss are going to 1 gate expand + no units + mocore + forge early upgrade regardless of what you do because there's no real pressure Terran can do to break through the planetary nexus and being able to build your CC in-base slightly ahead of the Protoss player's natural can help a lot. Sometimes you can even get away with building a really early empty bunker on your low ground to put marines into as your reactor on the barracks finishes. | ||

I was just trying to make this guide a bit more noob friendly. | ||

This is personal preference imo, sometimes they will get away with really greedy openings, it is up to your marines + medivac + mines to punish early greed. Early forge like this means no early observer so you can cut off movement from the main base to the natural. | ||
