I come back to liquipedia to find legitimate protoss builds and am confused by what appears to be a youtube comment page. I'm looking at it right now, and the explanation for each build is... not there. It just goes on a rant of PvT. Why is psi storm "discussed" in a section about 2 base blink?
Who the hell checks this? I'm not expecting the level of professionalism of Wikipedia, but god, that wiki is a joke. Am I commenting on balance at all? No, I am not. I am commenting on a mockery of what is supposed to be a center of information on Starcraft 2.
Dude, that's called "The great book of protoss bullshit". How could it possibly be "the center of information on Starcraft 2"?! It's just a tongue-in-cheek article, derived from a 25-long-page thread, which basically lists a few fun (I know, this is subjective) builds for protoss. It was never meant to be the ultimate guide to anything and if you did have this expectation, it's not TL's fault :-).
Go over the recommended threads / articles you can find here. I'm sure you will be able to find loads of information which, even if outdated here and there, will certainly help you.
The issue lies in the fact that going on the liquipedia page and looking up 2 base blink leads DIRECTLY to that. That page is the ONLY resource on liquipedia that 'details' protoss strategy. Keeping it in the forums is fine (yes, I know it's a forum post), but I did not expect that I needed someone to give me a link on the forums to find what I needed. Why not reverse the content? Never in my life would I have found what you linked to me on my own. I only visited the forums to talk about how not-helpful that page is.
I stand 99% corrected. I clicked on 2 base blink macro, and it takes me straight to "the great book of protoss bullshit", which is what led me to the false conclusion that was the only 2base blink build. Why does that link even exist in the portal?
