Midgame Defensive tank/mine plus a few vikings. Get 4 factories(2 Tech, 2 Reactor) and a starport. Do a couple of widow mine drops. Prioritie armour uppgrades so that carriers do less damage in the late game. Two sensor towers to spot incomming attacks. Check at 7.30 to see if he is going air. If he stays on ground add one more factory. If he goes air go up to 4 starports for BC production. Late game Battlecruicers from 4 starports. Use widow mines to protect BCs from void rays and blink stalkers. Add ravens against tempest, tanks against mass stalkers, hellbats if he is not going mass air.
Try opening banshee 1 widow 6 marine medivac drop (or 1 cyclone 4 marines) into banshee I think its a pretty good aggro opener to put pressure on toss so they know to back off
I have found it very risky trying to attack Protos early. If my medivac is at his base it means I have not much to defend his attack on my main/natural. Meanwhile Protoss have shoting pylons and warp-ins.

Playing TvT is like playing chess almost. It is very slow and very position based. The army compositions can range from: Biotank, Mech, TripleMBio(Not good), Skymech and even mass raven. In most TvT's its Biotank vs Biotank. Biotank is consistent of Marines Siege Tanks and Medivacs. The composition is heavily reliant on micro and knowing when and where to siege. At the start of TvT, you will want to open 1 base. Most people open 2 Reaper 1 cyclone or 2 Reaper 1 Hellion into double ravens. The build I prefer to run is 2 reaper 1 hellion. However, you can open with the standard Reaper expand. An example of how TvT can be played is here . TvT can be very complicated though so if this doesn't help you send me a pm and I can teach you TvT more thoroughly.

Uh not really. Not early game vs T atleast. Most people will go mech into Viking Raven which is typically the best late game composition. Apart from that Id stick to learning either mech (Hellbat Tank Viking) Or Biotank (Marine Tank Medivac)

before the gas finishes I drag select the extra two I need and move them but if its a new base completely and I am bringing all my units to a completely new base or base I had to run from (due to harass) you grab all the workers you want and click them onto the gas you can hold shift and click off 3 scv's. Then send 3 to the next gas shift click off 3 and send the rest to the mineral field. This trick is very often seen on Avilo's stream but its the easy way to put guys onto stuff

It's called cloning and every good players use it :
I feel like 2-1-1 is too overplayed and every zerg knows how to respond against it now. What are some other TvZ strategies that exist right now that I could try learning?

So first the 2-1-1 works just not on all maps and with a certain follow-up. Do the quicker 1-1 variant as it is stronger than the 3rd first. Secondly, you may find these builds very useful

Otherbuilds would be Hellbat Banshee (Hellion Banshee with armory (8-2/3 Hellion:Banshee) or Hellbat Raven Banshee (8 hellbats 1 raven 1-2 banshee)
If you want more help let me know in PM ill show you my other builds in game
So which maps does 2-1-1 not work on?
I wouldn't do the 2-1-1 on like Paladino or Honorgrounds. I prefer doing it on Cactus, Bel'shir, Proxima and sometimes Abyssal. On Paladino, Abyssal and Honorgrounds just open hellion. Oh and on newkirk do that RFE 3CC (3rax 1 fac fast 3cc/3CC4Hellion)

Natural close to main, 3rd close to main, easier for Zerg to get between bases to defend I reckon.

On Paladino the 2-1-1 is not a safe build at all. Most All-ins will straight up just kill you. It is better to open hellion banshee on that map in my opinion. On Honorgrounds it is mostly preference but I just find a hellion opener to be the much stronger opener, Because (Since I know you'll ask why) The ramp on honorgrounds is hella hard to block sneaking in hellions into the main or natural is so easy. And you can do very greedy fast third bases on that map and deny creep instead if you prefer. Also at the moment, I think most Terrans are finding Hellion/Raven, Hellbat/Banshee and quick 3rd's with Hellion builds to be more dominant. Aside from that I just feel safer doing those builds. Personally, I love the 4Hellion3CC build the best but I like to throw hellbat banshee games in my games every now and then
