Mr Bitters old guides with the pros were so helpful for me 5 years ago. They allowed me to go from high diamond which i was stuck at to top 5 masters for 5 seasons.
I stopped laddering for about 5 years, and just jumped back in to it, but I can't seem to beat top diamonds now. ZvZ i'd say I'm about 60-70% win rate and I only macro NEVER rush.
ZvP, I'd say 40-60%, this is a match up I seem to always have problems with, because of stupid cheezy bulids like proxy cannons, proxy gates, yada yada. But more importantly, seems like I can't ever trade well with them.
ZvT is 50/50 basically, since fungle is so worthless now, I find it hard to deal with marines medivac's because they just pump out so many marines....
By the time I ling base them away, he has another army at home just as sizeable and well defended. with a few tanks.

Lycan is doing something like that wtih his "evo" strat series

Man, chill. 5 years old master equals plat nowadays. Just spam games and with enough dedication you ll get there in ~ half a year.

Greetings,
This is Lycan's Youtube channel where you find the Evo Chamber videos. I recommend to watch Neuro's episode, allthough it is not very race specific. Pig's video is also pretty good. https://www.youtube.com/user/lycangtv
In general I recommend zergs to watch PiG's stream, because it is very educating. http://www.twitch.tv/x5_pig
Here is a website you may find useful, because it helps to understand any tvx matchup better. http://terrancraft.com/
Playing Protoss aswell as Zerg I personally find that PvZ is actually quite Zerg favoured because of the positional strength of lurker/hydra. If you have problems in this matchup I recommend to find a replay with a "standard" PvZ at pro level, study the build of the zerg, compare it with you own build and then find inefficiences and make macro training. If you get to a mid game point with lurker/hydra and have good eco and upgrades and dont waste your army, you should easily get into masters league. Btw. if the protoss goes for air (especially tempests, i've seen a lot of zergs struggle with this) I think adding vipers for abducts is the best thing to go for while transitioning into the late game.

Late game against Protoss is pretty rough, when he is getting a Tempest/Archon/HT Composition or a variation of this composition so usually you want to go into the late game with an advantage. More specifically you want to take almost all bases of the map and have a creep spread that goes over half of the map. Then u can build a lot of static defenses and queens and some lurkers to have a strong defensive position and protoss can only very slowly push you and can barely take any bases. Additionally i think Broodlord/Corrupter/Viper is the best thing to go for against air toss, because if you have your army behind many sporecrawlers and slowly push towards the protoss he has to engage you at some point with tempest. Then you try to drag the tempests to your AA and kill them, while transfusing. The Broodlords (i think like 8-10) deal with Protoss ground army. Unfortunatly that is very micro intensive. You may want to consider forcing a kill instead of transitioning into late game when you feel uncomfortable with zerg late game micro. Then you commit heavily on hydra/lurker with some vipers and ultras right when you see, that the protoss is making a tech transition to tempests, because often times they are very vulnerable at that point.
