i just played this TvP, where i went for 3 rax reaper into 3CC vs a Protoss. And i won! :O
So... my question is, can this BO, like in TvZ on specific maps, be viable? http://ggtracker.com/matches/6763515
At what circumstances could it be viable or not? I think MSC and Adept hardcounter reaper, the Pylons with OP as well, but can you pressure Toss so much that you can get greedy and win?
Does it only works if toss is scouting and gets scared because of possible 3 rax attack?
Up to which league you think might this build viable?

Mid Master Toss here.. Won't work against any normal toss tbh,
even with 1 gate nexus you get a stalker/Adept out in time for the first reaper, and as soon as you see more reaper, you're going to just build units constantly out of your gateway and defend easily.

can confirm it won't work unless you get an extreme build order win (such as nexus first vs proxy 3rax reaper)

it could work if you don't reveal reapers 2-4 until 4 is done, and the protoss cuts a couple gate units for faster robo/tc. AND you somehow bait 2 overcharges with first reaper (lol).
but im just trying to find a way for it to work, because facing vs it i've never lost, even when blindsided, even when cutting units.

I can confirm this build will work very often. The surprise factor alone can win you games. But choosing the right map matters greatly. A map like Galactic Process where there are an unlimited amount of jump paths gives Reapers a huge advantage. Everyone already knows Reapers are stupidly good versus Protoss and the attack hits so early and often that Pylon Overcharge is a virtual non-issue.
Don't listen to these knuckleheads. 3 Rax Reaper is as close to a free win as one can imagine versus Protoss. If the Protoss doesn't scout it, the game is already won. And even if he does scout But you can mask it very well to by not proxying the first rax, so the first Reaper will appear completely normal, then push in when you have 4. Ur almost guaranteed a bunch of worker kills if he tries to mine form his expansion.

I don't know of any replays. Its not meta. I haven't seen it in months. I don't know why people don't use it. Its a great all-in and horrendously difficult to beat.

I had a terran to try to do that vs me. After that I realized how bad that build is vs standard 1 gate fe. Sure if you know your opponent is doing something like nexus first that would a great counter build. But vs standard toss I don't think terran ever wins assuming players are of even skill.

this build will not work unless protoss is doing something weird.. for the time reapers come in base, protoss already has msc and adept. You will need to waste apm on reapers being chased instead of macroing.
if u want a very aggressive opening, marine tank lib push is very hard to hold

Well after reading some comments here, I'd say for low-MMR players it'll work, cause you know, everything works down there, but if you try to play this on a decent MMR-Level, it won't work for sure

Anything stupid can work on ladder at basically any level. Even GM players do absurd shit and win with it. Doens't make said absurd build a good idea.
For this particular build you are basically hoping the protoss doesn't position his pylons properly, gets a msc in time, and cuts any unit past the first adept for tech, so it's a massive gamble which imo will not pay off most of the time.
Low MMR is basically any level achievable by a non pro, GM included, imo

When this happens what do you do (OP) ? When you have gone 3 rax reaper an do no damage or toss defends?
