Well I didn't find it out myself that's for sure. :p
I think it was GTR here who said so back for...hmm maybe it was the PGR21 tournament that was held in April. Also when the oGs team information was released, they gave all of the names for the players and NcYellow (김성제) was there as one of the terrans. Thanks to the TLPD feature of this site you can search the Hangul name and it gives back RainBOw as the result. It's great to see how many ex pros are in oGs to be honest:
Spunky, TesteR, Silver, Vical, Cool, TheWinD, SiR@SoNi, [z-zone]SoO, [kor]-Rain, sigamari, Freedom, Bright, RainBOw, TheStC, GARIMTO. ^^

No it seems not sadly...the war3 one was Kim Tae In and this guy is Kim Sung Je. I would like to see a 400apm player in sc2 though.

The guy called RainBow in Team oGs is an ex-starcraft player. Ah my mistake sorry! Over here in the UK we tend to view them as two distinct countries. Was Prodtoss right when he said that the 3 players with the most votes in this poll will be seeded into the final tournament? While the other 11 will have to join Empty, FengZi, PJ, F91 and Ace in even more qualifying matches?
@Prodtoss - Thanks I always hope they will release the information before I go to sleep but no they wait until I'm in bed and I have to update it in the morning when the games already started. *sigh*

I think I read somewhere on their page (in google translation, can't speak chinese), that the vote is to determine the seeded players (each group will have 1 seeded player apparently),

Share the same opinion to TBO.One seeded player in one group like the real football worldcup.

Ah I see, so we each made 3 votes but it's only to get a list of who the most popular are so they can be seeded. I should read things more properly instead of rushing to make assumptions...
Do we know yet how many play-off groups there will be? Is E the last qualifying group for the Koreans for example? Looking through I count 14 Chinese players and I think it will end with 10 Korean players also, so does that mean they have enough and they will go with 6 groups of 4 for the play-offs? Or maybe invite 8 players from Europe and the USA to make it 32 total for 8 groups? (I can dream )

First match should go live anytime now, here's hoping for some fireworks and a five way draw at 2-2 so we get even more to watch. ^^

Well I only saw the first two games as I went out for a walk most of the afternoon but with your comments I am really looking forward to the vods, getting to see them all sure was lucky! Although maybe watching the Bananacraft video for the 100th time became annoying?
I voted for Freedom, sSKS and Dayfly as my seed choices since I think they all bring something special to their play of each of the races, although damn it was a tough choice since Anypro is also an interesting protoss player and I really liked watching NCYellow's terran too.
For now I've listed all the qualified players so far in the first post so it's easy to see who will be involved in these final play-off stages. 25 seems a strange number though for making groups as I'm sure they originally wanted to have 8 groups in total.
