high quality stream starting at 19 CEST, which is 2 hours after the tournament start. casting every semifinal and finalsmatch recording every cast and uploading the single games on youtube, blip and own3d.tv keeping the Teamliquid.net thead up to date about the go4sc2 cups and monthly finals So maybe we've got a while till the stream comes on. (btw this is #32 and the actual frosti stream is linked from the calander, the link above is just his page -http://www.own3d.tv/live/73 )

player a vs player b.... + 8 streamers game lags player a and player b ask ppl to leave 1 person leaves more lag 2nd person leaves games ends horribly with horrible non microable battles becuz of lag 2nd game goes up every1 gets kicked/banned because there is lag and when asked people dont leave including admins from the tournament which are shown lagging (keeperde) sorry but yea i get sick of having my game streamed for 8 different people who lag then dont leave the games ever edit: and this is talking about legitimate lag like players names showing up on the drop screen not even including the usual delay from cross realm play

but i do mind when it lags then i say out and 1 person outs (with 8 ppl in the game) , then it lags again (keeperde shows) then he outs, then there continues to be lag. its a constant battle just to get ppl to leave the game then i dont want ne1 in the game.

STOP HAVING MORE PEOPLE IN THE GAME THAN YOU NEED. During the FINALS that have MONEY on the line there are SEVERAL instances of random scrubs that cause lag in the game. What you DO in a PROFESSIONAL TOURNEY is have the players, the streamer (NOT FUCKING THREE) and maybe a ref if you need to. That's 4 people, 6 people TOPS. I can't believe this happened, please up your game. thanks.

The bunker wall-off with bunkers behind disallow the Zerg player to expand in any fashion, and the Terran just goes crazy on economy and out-macros the Zerg for the rest of the game.

He's invested 600 in bunkers and out of position marines, he has nothing in his base, instead of making the bling nest he could be halfway to tier two, if morrow tries to expand instead of massing an army the lings in his base in the next 2 min will auto win. Beats throwing blings at 6 bunkers. If you are worried about getting the nydus worm inside morrows base, just put it middle map and get the bling nest after tech, could have baneling bust his front door easy.

Guys like Haypro, Madfrog and Mardow regularly enter these cups and usually lose to the first good non-Zerg they face. I can't think of any other European Zergs that are definitely above them. Since all these tournaments are extremely Terran heavy in the later rounds, you're going to have to beat 3 or 4 high level Terran players in a row to make it far and I don't think any European Zerg can do that, except Dimaga. He's the only Zerg in Europe I would pick to win a bo5 against someone like Merz, Naama or Jimpo, nevermind the top tier Terrans like Morrow, BratOK, Demuslim and Strelok. I just don't think the Zerg race is competitive right now unless you're at the very top of the skill tree and even then you're fighting an uphill battle.

For instance, I got 4gate proxy-allined last Go4sc2. Guess which map. Desert oasis. Really, using Desert oasis in a tournament? Have we sunken that low? Also, as it turns out the guy who beat me mains terran and just chose zerg so he could 6pool becouse it was Steppes. Cant we also have a freaking rule that says that you have to have 1 race? It takes out a lot of trouble (For instance some people play different races depending on maps/mus and so on)? The guy switched race just before the game started so ofc I was prepared for a terran so I 14pooled. -.- Lost a lot of respect for both the SC2-community and ESL today.

Pay attention to loading screen and play very safe builds (meaning that you can defend rushes) rather than standard builds. More you advance in bracket, move even closer to standard play.

I mean you lose respect to ESL for using that map? You should lose respect to every tourney then, even GSL (yes you can vote it out, but still they are using it).

Craftcup uses it (Or some other one, cant remember) and it´s great. We have that system when Bo3 starts since this cup. I don't see the point in having it in a Best of One. Thank you for your feedback though, we are always interested in providing players with the best circumstances. That's one of the reasons why we removed Kulas Ravine from the Bo1-map rotation (although it's still in the map pool as soon as Bo3 starts). Which map would you consider balanced? All 4 player maps?

I think investing some resources for banelings and burrow them stalkers firing range from hatchery positions and bomb them :D. Only problem is stopping observer revealing banelings without spending too much for corruptors.

Such a brilliant comeback by Hasu and in addition to that PvZ is so refreshing to see and it also felt quite decent balancewise. So next time I hope that we will say the same mu maybe with the other race at the upper end! But I also feel that Haypro`s play deserves some recognition, really strong Muta-micro with a solid macro and his vT against Cloud and Tarson were pretty formidable aswell.

2.No reapers 3. Tarson destroys mardow 4. If patch on wednesday has no more nerfs/buffs then what the situation report said, then all top gamers who are currently zerg will switch to terran or toss. Dimaga losing to a no name thor repair guy, lol I feel so sorry for him its really sad. madfrog vs adelscott. 1th game 7 pool on delta finishing off adel easy. 2th game Madfrog doing some insane stuff , 3 hatch before queen on kulas ravine? 4 hatch before any tech units.. Just wish it had worked, but it failed big time 3th game was a mess. I was rooting so hard for madfrog, but his build on meta was just horrible He most certently could have gotten away with a hatch first on meta, specially after zealot build nerf, but he was opting to go a late like 15 pool, long before expo, even tho had had banked like 350 minerals. Not sure what happened there, but he got rolled over by 4 warpgate vs lings/banelings. Was so dissapointed after his insane skill in the quarters against SjoW. Everyone has to see the game on Xel Naga! I believe that was game 3. Best match I have seen after the g1 of TLOvsHyperdub

His double-Hatch opening and mass-expo style looks very neat once it is running but I don`t know if it is competitive once the oponent knows what to expect. Nevertheless ZvT looks way more interesting after the patch as the Zerg seems to have a bit more time to get into the midgame without a huge economic disadvantage. Its so frustrating since his the only player im truely rooting for And TLO ofc... He doesnt have to play like this now after patch. You can pretty much safe hatch first on most maps, and drone up. The 4 hatch when he had like 15 lings was just insane, and could only work if adelscott had not attacked at all. The game against sjow on xel naga it worked though, due to the failed preigniter hellion drop. Sjow was like 50 supply behind entire game, but fucking hatch sniping kept him in.with 2 vs 4.base. Game on metalopolis was just sad though, and build order loss for madfrog. He needs to work on his ZvP, but his ZvT is exellent.

@Cupatea: I agree but wouldn`t you say this his style is quite risky once the surprise effect vanishes? Madfrog did not play many cups recently and it generally was very quite about him so today it seemed that he could catch someone like Sjow pretty offguard. But sooner or later he will be forced to play more tournys as he is a fulltime pro and i wonder if it would be more reasonable to adapt to standard builds then.

Hm I guess Mana`s Protoss play suits Goody quite well so he might have decent chances to advance. Socke vs Satiini is a tough one as the latter is very good at (ab)using the Marine/Marauder-Medivac build and their last encounter was really close. The outcome of the TvTs (Tarson vs Sjow and Kaas vs Naama) should be a matter of the daily shape as I would rate them all as about equally skilled but I will opt for the both Scandinavians.
