I know it's great, but I've tried for 3 days to watch Idra matches and I just can't. The VOD system is not "bad connection friendly", so I can't watch it at all. What is it doing so you can't watch it? Most of the issues we're having with the VOD page is trying to figure out how to make it easy to watch matches 2 and 3, not being unable to watch them at all. If you can let me know stuff like what browser you're using, what you're trying to do to watch them, and what happens (black screen? won't load?) I can forward that info to our engineers!
When I press play, and it starts loading, my connection isn't fast enough to watch it real time, so I have to pause and wait for it to load. But it won't load the whole video, it will only load like 2 minutes, so I have to play it for the 2 minutes loaded, and then it will start loading the next 2 minutes, and I have to pause again. So I can't let it load while doing something else, because I have to keep playing/pausing it, but I can't watch it real time because my connection is bad.
And if I missclick anything, or my net go down for a second, I can't fast forward it to where I was before, I have to do all the play/pause thing back to where I was. And since the quality is awesome, it takes even more time to load everything.
I would be satisfied with some 240p resolution link downloadable from somewhere =P, or at least letting it load all the stream and then I just have to press the play button once.

Awesome tournament, I love both the presentation and the variety in casters. Can't wait for the next set of games to come out. Thanks, and keep up the good work IGN!

That sounds like a very annoying problem for people with low bandwidth. I've relayed that problem to our engineer here and he says that he completely understands your frustration. We're working on a new VOD delivery system that will be easier to let run in the background for people with sub-par bandwidth who need to just let videos load before they can watch it. I'm sorry for your current issues, and we are working on it!

Thank you very much.
Things like these show why your league is getting so much "it's awesome" comments.
Keep up the good work!

We're updating the bracket link now, our engineer's priority has been trying to get the new VOD system up and running.

Our new VOD system is up and you can check it out here: http://www.ign.com/ipl/videos
We think it's a lot better and provides a spoiler free experience!

Major improvement, even without the cool filters currently active. Have to say I'm amazed by your response speed on smaller issues.
Thanks! (Also for the engineer who I assume hasn't slept for quite a while ;p)

Is that from the stream or from a VOD?

I took the screenshot and pasted on paint. It was taken from the actual live stream. If you look at the vod of TT1 vs Fenix on game 2, you can see the exact graphic.

Alright, so I took a look at the screenshot and a look at the VOD, and nothing is jumping out at me. What exactly are you pointing out? I'm sure I've missed something!

where is the Alex.IGN fanclub?

Hmm when I try to change the VoDs quality to HD it promps me to a new page which is quite annoying :/ Otherwise nicely done the VoDs for instance no spoilers in how many games played on a series!

Seems like no one noticed a bunch of mistakes by TotalBiscuit in the iNcontroL vs Agh game. Firstly he intros every single game saying Agh is from team Last Generations. Agh is on team Lazarus Gaming. It kinda hurts their team and reputation that the caster says the player is from a different team that if i am not mistaken does not even exist in SC2.
Agh is the only player from Lazarus Gaming playing in the IPL and I sincerely hope that a lot of people didn't actually believe TotalBiscuit saying Agh is from team Last Generations. Just saying "LGAgh" like Wheat did is better than "Agh from team Last Generations". http://www.lazarusgaming.com/roster.html
Other than that the normal technical mistakes. Can't help that since he's a play-by-play caster.

Any mirrors for the VODs?
My PC crashes after ~30 seconds whenever I try to watch them

Nobody noticed? The chat was nothing but that for 15 minutes and there were at least 10 posts in the LR thread about it. It's already been addressed, Liquipedia had incomplete information on that player, he is fairly unknown in the EU scene and google brought up the wrong information.
That said we'll be sure to doublecheck team affiliations before any future tournament.
