I also really love the HUD that IGN has made. How is it that the GOM English stream is so ugly, presentation-wise?

I'm not sure if anyone has the same problems I'm having here, but apart from that I have to say the production values are amazing and this is the best-looking tournament out there. It's unfortunate that there's almost too much SC2 out there to watch it all right now. I feel like this is the best product available from a spectator's standpoint, but seeing as I'm already invested in the GSL and the talent and prize pool are higher there, I'm not sure I'm going to have time to watch it all with everything that's going on in SC2 at the moment.

Once Season 2 gets rolling it seems reasonable to expect that the quality of games will get even better as more and more top players take part from around the world. My only concern is the commentating. It has certainly been good thus far, but I think it may be the weakest link for the IPL right now. I want to be clear that I am not complaining. The IPL has been very well rounded so far. Speaking in a hypothetical tone, I feel that once game quality improves in the near future to be on par with the production quality, the only thing left with any room for improvement will be commentating. The commentators you have all bring something to the table. My only suggestion going forward would be to make SURE that there is always at least one commentator in a game that understands the game well enough to appreciate what is going on. I'm down for keeping the play-by-play commentators if it tickles everyone's fancy, but making sure they are matched up with someone who understands the complexities of the game seems important to me. Nothing pains me more than watching the very best starcraft players going at it in an environment where their greatest plays and biggest mistakes might not be properly recognized.

FYI, this is not what colour commentary means. The commentators are play-by-play, colour commentators are analysts, so what you really want are colour commentators paired with play-by-play. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Color_commentator for more information on the terms and how sportscasting works.

Thanks for your feedback! Did this happen for one particular video or has it been happening to you in multiple videos? What is your browser? Thanks again, I'll forward this problem to our engineers!

It happens with all of them and in addition to the player getting stuck on buffering, it would also go back to the beginning at arbitrary points in the VOD, but the tracker would remain at its current location. Seems to me like a problem with the metadata.

Do you know which games you were experiencing that problem with? Thanks for the info!

Thanks for the correction, I fixed it. The demeaning little tidbit on the end wasn't really necessary though, I wasn't taking a shot at you. But I guess I could understand why you would do that. It can be pretty annoying when someone uses the wrong words and it seems like they have no idea what they are talking about.

I dont think it was the video, but it was TT1 vs Fenix Game 1, it was my first time watching a VOD and something came up making me pause, it was open for a few hours under a tab.
