Younghwa attempted to split his army leaving stalkers to defend the pylon and sending Immortals + sentries to snipe the last hatch, Junwi manned up and attacked into the sentries with his Muta's and managed to just about come out on top. Younghwa then sent a couple of stalkers over there realising those were Junwi's last drones on the map, he succeeded in sniping them off, but not before Junwi got out 4 lings. The handful of lings and muta's then started taking out the 3 stalkers, and Younghwa realising the stalkers he left at the pylon probably couldn't defend either GG'd out.

Yongwha sent all his sentries and 2 immortals to snipe one of Horror's remaining hatcheries - the mutas clean it up. Yongwha then sent 3 stalkers to try clean it up but Horror had gotten out zerglings and cleaned up the stalkers.
@Dieter: Yonghwa went to kill 1 of 2 hatcheries with 2 immortals and sentries and junwi picked off the sentries. Then he brought a bunch of stalkers and and the mutas had to back off. Yongwha killed the hatch but as soon as he did, zerglings barely came out and he was able to take the half group of stalkers.

I am worried for Horror
edit: herp derp - junwi is apparently playing :/
It's all bo3.
I want to call Younghwa's build idea cute, but also scary. What's both cute and scary?
Regardless, Junwi held it off really well and takes the first series 2-0 vs Younghwa. I did not expect that!
These group stages are going Bo1 - like a round robin. So it is Seed vs Horror now i think.
Cute and scary? White-Ra? :p
Group play is Bo3 still! That was Junwi d. Younghwa 2-0
It is Seed vs Horrow now though for sure =)
Lol - that's what i get for watching SC2 so early in the morning
Thanks - Hope Seed wins this hehe
He picked it the whole way after scouting the expansion he pumped roaches and lings lol
Yup, excellent read from Horror on that Nexus cancel 4gate. Was funny seeing him push out after the cancel only for the production tab to already be reading 16 lings anyway =p
Starting to see why NesTea's cheese defence is so good, Seed is one tricky guy.
Amazed that Junwi held off the counter push so convincingly tbh, delicately poised game...though close pos Meta is going to be hard for Junwi regardless.
ed: or not, Junwi smashes him as Seed tries to expand
Seed is a low down dirty cheeser =p That's like...four 4gates in 5 games?
Junwi holds that one off too and takes the series 2-1, putting him at 2 wins for the group stage. Horror has to defeat Younghwa to force a playoff for first place and a position in the finals.
I shall have to bow out though, it's getting late and there's the GSL in the morning
It's a shame your events coincide with NASL and don't get enough recognition for all the amazing work you are putting into connecting both scenes together, but still, thanks a bunch for all these amazing events you're doing, really nice games thus far
This thread makes it really hard to comment on the nice ZvZ we just watched if it's just me who's commenting :D
We appreciate the support and kind words, Mephiztopheles1. :D Overlapping with NASL is a bummer, but it's also very exciting to see all the competitive gaming coverage available. I hope our CotH stream catches on eventually though!
Np, it is indeed a nice thing to see so many events and games available to the viewer. I think more collaboration among the several companies and groups organizing these events to provide a thorough experience and maximize the viewers could(and hopefully will) be achieved in time ^_^
Best wishes to CSN
ZvP makes me such a sad panda though, go LosirA! King overcommitted so much in that push
Yeah you guys need more credit! Maybe you shoul dcreate a hype thread a lot earlier. Didn't even have any clue that this was happening and I've been really focusing on my zvp lately so I would've watched this over NASL if I had known about it.
Despite playing sloppy, that was an exciting TvZ to watch, do have to say True needs to be a bit more decisive though, it's like he couldn't make up his mind on what to do :S

Well, both BoxeR vs Drewbie and LosirA vs Yoda are really nice to watch atm.
Yay for dual screens!!!
Wait, what exactly happened between Torch and Angelgirlprime? I have been hopping audio between NASL and CSN so I never caught any indication of Torch being hurt or anything Don't want to assume anything.
isn't group A of this absolutely fascinating? zergs are 8 - 2 vs protoss. Is it because they just know each other very well or did they figure something out?
@csn andres. I was actually hoping for the Replay files rather than the VODs. Are those available as well or will they be after a certain period of time?
