EZ call coL.Minigun <. Mill.DieStar Minigun can be great, but I've seen better from DieStar FXO.mOoNan > RG|FuRy Moonan has better results, Fury is easily the underdog here. sixjax.ViBe > Mill.Tarson Vibe is pretty beastly, but Tarson can do quite well too sometimes. Hard to call, but going to go with the APM monster.

edit: and considering the Tarson game, it all depends on how late he has partied in the previous day and how drunk he still is while he plays the game. :-)

If not, it's a toss up. | ||

That is actually a little bit of a buzzkill for me. When the finals are casted sometime in august, I know that these games are probably around six weeks old, the game changes so much during that timeframe. Really not happy with the schedule, but I am sure there were good reasons for handling it that way.

Every major tournament after TSL3 has been dominated by players from the Korean scene, and since then there's been a lot of talk about the need for foreigner-only tournaments. IPL is the biggest tournament with no Koreans playing left. The onus is now on us to show that tournaments don't need Koreans to pull in lots of viewers and that we can be entertained even if the games aren't at the absolute highest level. Of course the second part of the previous sentence can't happen unless the progamers themselves give us a show worth cheering for. IPL1 games were pretty boring overall except for the Idra-Kiwikaki-Select games. I have no doubt this time around they will be much better. What are you talking about? IPL 1 had lots of viewers mostly because of the production values. Check the old LR threads to see that it was a well-received tournament despite not everyone liking the choice of casters.

It makes perfect sense to not allow Koreans living in Korea since there are two separate communities, one for Koreans and one for foreigners. I would have allowed notable foreigners living in Asia to compete (Huk, Sen, and Jinro in particular) since they're part of the community but they might have declined due to latency and scheduling anyway.

I actually think that is wrong, to exclude people for an arbitrary reason of, "They're not a part of our community". A player like MC has made a huge effort learn English and communicate with the foreign community, as well as taken the time to attend numerous foreign events. I think removing regions for logistical reasons makes much more sense for now, no player outside of EU and NA is allowed to compete, regardless of their nationality, that's a logistical and regional restriction. Your reasoning seems really bizarre and exclusive for no particular reason, there are plenty of foreign players who don't interact with the community at all, and there are a few Korean players who make quite an effort to interact with the foreign community, be it on twitter, interviews or by streaming.

I'm pretty sure they said they were expanding it to asia next season. And it's pretty undeniable that it would get more viewers with players like MC or boxer...especially if they're vsing idra
