You guys have too much ego and national pride. Just watch the games for the game. The highest level of play is always most exciting to watch, regardless if the player is black, asian, or white. The fanboyism is really annoying. Hope the koreans continue destroying the foreigners so you guys get smacked into reality.

And the few who actually practice the way they should, like Huk, Jinro and Naniwa

Our best players who prepared a specific build for a specific person would be destroyed in the most ridiculously one sided games, where the progamer looked [and often times smiled or giggled] as if he wasnt trying whatsoever. One or two games taken off them in an entire tournament were grounds for cheering and boasting for months onwards. Does the Koreans winning really make you sad enough to cry? What did they do to you? Pretty obvious why no one should want that.

It will never get to the level of BW though, yeah they are better but it won't be like BW where the game is so outrageously difficult that koreans can win without really trying. ret said it better than I did when he was in Korea he said that in BW he could feel himself getting stronger day in day out whereas with SC2 the difference isn't that huge.

It's up to the players to prevent it from happening. If they don't want to, no one else can make it happen. Worse comes to worse, you can always go watch FPS games where Europeans and Americans own everyone else.

Koreans werent "toying with us" better until post 2002, and given the pace and degree of their raping us [and the potential growth of sc2 given broodwars state...] I'm not particularly optimistic. Hopefully the foreigners start taking this more seriously, because if it DOES turn out like broodwar...well, most of the money and tournies are in the foreign scene, and I cant imagine finding the same 20-35 korean players dominating the entire scene being interesting.
