Back to cheering for Sen as the only foreigner Zerg who can conceivably hang with the Koreans, I guess.

I'll assume because your American you are ignorant to the fact he has dominated Euro online tourneys as zerg for a while now. Those online tourneys sure are the zenith of European competition /sarcasm Actually those online tournaments got the best of EU playing each week against eachother so saying they doesnt matter its not true at all. Nerchio had an amasing run and he toally dominated Ret,Idra, Thorzain like it was nothing watch out for him in the future Didn't know Siw, Chelovek and Slivko (3 of the last 4 players Nerchio played against in EU cups) were considered the best in EU. Yes, Nerchio does play against top players but often times he plays against the players I listed as well. Offline play will forever be counted as the place where you put-up-or-shutup. If you can't perform offline, what business do you have being considered a better player than those that do perform against the absolute best in the most pressured situations?

I disagree I think its veyr important to have a very competive scene where players meet eahcother each week. yea ofc the big lans means more but saying small online cups mean nothign is not true. I think they are a big factor why it seems EU>NA atm

Congratulations to WhiteRa, its good to see him finally get a tournament win. The games were a little disappointing starting with the cannon rush vs the lings, for example, but its good to finally see the man take one home.

It's logical if you play Darkforce who has been known to do that but I can't remember seeing Nerchio ever doing this. when he killed some workers in the main of nerchio 3 or 4 Mutas hatched and he saw them, cause right after that he tech'd to +1 air and started phoenix production again... the casters did what they always do, being bad and not noticing shit. it is almost impossible for casters to pick up on absolutely everything that happens in the game. appreciate the fact that they even commentated the game for people like you. from your perspective, it might be obvious. from their perspective, they are in the middle of saying something when something happens, or it might be so fast that they miss it. i have to admit, it is easy to scream at the caster "you're missing that big battle!". but when i myself in a game totally miss something in my base, i can understand how one can totally miss an "obvious" event going on What is this... they dont play a game, they dont macro or micro shit, they just spectate. Now I would understand if they were looking elsewhere and simply missed the phoenix harass in the main, then of course they couldnt know that white ra's phoenix were right next to 3 hatching mutalisk. But the thing is, they were even commentating the phoenix harass, they were there with the camera, afaik atleast ONE of the casters actually controls that camera right? They were there, 3 mutas hatched right next to the phoenix, I even believe they followed the mutalisks to their rally point for a little while... If I can see it, those "Professional" casters should aswell... but no they go on about how white ra "blindly" techs to +1 air and continues to build phoenix ~.~... there is simply no excuse to miss something like that if they already have the camera positioned right there. just my opinion, there are several casters where I would say they would've AT THE VERY LEAST questioned if the phoenix were in range to see the mutas or not.
