That would be simply hilarious, inori is just too GODLY in PvP... i think reign once again will be underestimated and people will make calls 5-0 for team slayers.. sigh no love for reign. I hope ReIGN wins this one!

Yeah RGN has definitely been underrated for a long time now. If they don't take the win from slayers i think it will be very close atleast.
I am so excited for this It should be really fun to watch. unfortunately i won;t be able to actually watch more than one or two games during my lunch break i'll have to watch the rest latter.
i believe in reign being able to compete with and beat any team out there i know that they can win this weither or not they will is yet to be seen but i have faith. go reign slay some korean nerds.
Terribly played by Kiwikaki. When he had the advantage he should have focus fired all the bunkers with the immortals and had the ramp forcefielded. The 3rd bunker lived way longer than it should have because Kiwi didn't forcefield the ramp so SCVs and marines were streaming down and the immortals were killing them instead of the bunker.
Kiwi haven't you been in that situation countless times? You were ahead! Get more ahead, build a third and tech colussus. Just cuz you killed all those scvs, he's still terran and can produce a big army.
Artist is a good TvTer - he is their only hope off taking a game right now - i doubt SlayerS will send a Protoss player out of they know anything about Inori

I thought artists worst match up was tvt lol. I could be wrong.
I'm not sure what the casters were talking about before they said something about Clide being supply blocked...pretty high chance of someone being blocked if they just lost two supply depots though...

my thoughts kind of a mistake on the caster <3 not the player
Really strange decision making by Artist there. Going up to four rax before factory yet he didn't apply any pressure? He allowed Puzzle to play so greedily, both econ and tech and didn't try to punish him at all ( I think there was a big timing in which he could have done something when Puzzle took that stupidly greedy third of very few units ) and that just killed him at the end of the day.
Does anyone follow when ReIGN's manager puts up his thoughts on the match? They are probably the most unintentionally hilarious thing on the internet right now. Whenever they lose, they should have won in his book. I'm pretty sure he thinks he has the best team in the world, I'm sorry but that is laughable.

To be fair he has kiwikaki on his team He's the king of losing when he should have won.

Lol true fact! But then when he says he thinks Artist has some of the best t v z in the world, and he was confident that he could beat DRG, it makes you wonder about someone's sanity.

I'm not saying this as an insult, more of a... I've literally rarely seen him win without cheesing or all-inning.
I would recommend Ganzi-Leenock GSL Oct series. Ganzi took the series 2-1 and I think all three games were 15-20min+ game with the final game being an all bases taken slug-fest. He took out MKP 4-2 (4-3?) in Code A finals as well TvT and had decent macro games as far as I remember. I do have to say that I have seen him favoring 1 or 2 base plays in TvP though.

Ok.. it's coming back to me. I think it's because macro games are forgettable sometimes except for the really epic ones... but someone proxying a rax right outside of vision range is way more memorable.

Slight correction, he took out MKP I believe, not MVP. It was bomber who beat MVP in the Code A finals

EDIT: And proxying a factor with that rax...
Ganzi is a beastly macro player, one of the better ones out there. He has often favoured 1-1-1 or something similar vs protoss in the past, because IMO he doesn't have great micro on his bio units so he seems to struggle in long games vs protoss, but tvt and tvz there are plenty of examples of long games from him.

so far they have only lost one match that has his thoughts on it thats way too soon to be saying he always says they should of won when ever they lose. It really isn't hard to see keen losing before artist came up he almost did to inori and with drg losing to dreamertt of all people it's not hard to see artist beating him.
i am not saying artist would beat drg just that it really isn't laughable.

GanZi is renowned throughout Korea (and most of the world, really) as having some of the best TvZ in the world. I'm pretty sure Leenock was aiming for him as a practice partner for his GSL final.
This is partly due to his mind games and tricks, but also because his macro game is pretty beastly as well.

Who cares if he cheeses or does all-ins? You gotta have variety in your game and Ganzi does everything from cheese, allin, innovative strats and standard macro games. MVP and MMA do the same, they mix in different strats, including cheese. Who the hell wants to see 5 base, no fighting for 15 minutes, max army clash every single game?

Ganzi vs Leenock GSL august, epic series. Ganzi is a tip top macro player. Watch MLG Anaheim and see his destroy players like Ret.
