If I'm not mistaken, HuK doesn't play cross server games.

EDIT: I thought for sure they would send in HuK in the ace match, I guess he was away today. It must've felt horrible for Machine to see that. Obviously Alex is going to be upset that his team gets all-killed, but I imagine it made the moment, of being the last player and losing, even worse for Machine than it would've been anyway.

Liquid always shows serious determination in team leagues. Some would say, it's more important to them than individual performances.

That all-kill was so fast they didn't have time to get the vods set up for the rebroadcast :x

Sheth is so Beast! Awesome go Liquid!!!!!!!!

Thanks you for playing that game out like a real man, unlike a certain other EG player who shall not be named.
much love,
The Fans Agreed. But thats not the whole picture. Its not just that he is disrespecting the viewers, he is disrespecting his team. Thats not about bad manner anymore, its just sad.
Thats a bit of an overreaction, what difference wouldit have made if he waited and extra 30 seconds for all of his drones to die?

So...what did IdrA actually do? Was it just leave the game early?

Must be really frustrating/confusing trying to figure out why their expensive line up just isn't performing nearly as expected. Money doesn't always buy winning teams. See it all the time in other sports - players get the big money/salary then don't feel motivated to try as hard. No idea what's going on with EG, but Liquid shows way more heart in their games IMO.
I was going to say. They grossly over value certain players. The culture of EG needs to be shaken up at the very core.

I'm a fan of IdrA but he definitely left that game way too early.

Huk doesn't like playing cross-server so he just only played once for EG in GCPL. Many players don't like to, but they do anyways.
Hpwever, I remember Ret just not bothering to defend a bunker rush from Morrow and he went on the forums to say that latency was horrible so there was no point in trying. bleh.

IdrA left pretty early but he was so behind that it would've been nearly impossible for him to come back. 0 lings vs like 14 lings.

Had a feeling EG was going to lose when then didn't tweet a single thing about this matchup. GG's Sheth!

EG is so much better than liquid but can't showcase it in team leagues. You have a bit of a point with the lag, but nobody is going to take you seriously when you express yourself like such a fanboy. when liquid didnt want to deal with lag they didnt agree to enter leagues, so it was a non issue. if you enter the league you agree to put up with its conditions. sheth just outplayed everyone tonight, no excuses. That doesn't make any sense. Agreeing to put up with a disadvantage doesn't mean it isn't a disadvantage...it just means that you're willing to put up with it for a chance at overcoming that disadvantage. your just arguing my point for me. if EG are willing to put up with it, so should the fan boys. Again, putting up with it doesn't make the disadvantage go away. It's not excuse, it's a fact that cross-server lag is bad. Remember TSL3? When Goody beat Nestea and AdelScott beat MVP playing cross-server? You wouldn't call that an even playing field, corect? Goody and Adelscott weren't definitively better players, but they were good enough players to win with that advantage. My point isn't that it's *unfair* for EG to have to play in bad conditions given that they agreed to those conditions. My point IS that it is completely asinine to try to draw any kind of conclusions about which team is better based on these results. I'm addressing the torrent of people screaming, "wow, EG's so pathetic for getting AK'd by Sheth!"
You don't know if micro was a factor, maybe Sheth was just superior in every one of those games. The only facts we have to draw conclusions from is that Sheth all-killed EG. Was it lag? Was it superior play? Who knows for sure, but saying, 'It was laggy, that's why EG lost' is stupid.
