hmm, could go either way but Mouz seems to have the deeper lineup. MaNa is just off a win at Dreamhack, which shows he is in pretty good shape. Hasuobs and Morrow can also take down any player on Acer. Of course Nerchio can do the same thing to Mouz, but I just don't think he has enough to fully carry his team.

He is just too good for mouz.
Ignoring the fact that mouz has a) MaNa who just wont Dreamhack, b) Morrow who is amazing, and c) Hasuobs who is no push over then yea Acer can win but as long as those three are on Mouz, Acer has no shot at it lol

a) Nerchio have 10 winning streak against MaNa, b) also nerchio have 7 winning streak against MorroW c) Acer still have Bly as known as protoss killer.
If Nerchio has recovered mentally from the loss against Stephano, he is quite capable of all-killing Mouz. Morrow's terran is questionable (he lost to Stephano, Slivko and Cyto with a total mapscore of 0:6). Mana may have just won DH, but his history against Nerchio makes babies cry. Bigs is no match in ZvZ, HeroMarine may be a promising talent but he still has a lot to learn. Hasu, hmmm, i've never been impressed by his ZvP.

So, yeah, go Nerchio!
This!
Mouse are the favorites but Nerchio and Bly could do serious dmg
Nerchio used to beat MaNa pretty easily but it was the old, passive-macro MaNa, not the new, MC-like-aggressive zerg destroyer MaNa from Dreamhack. So this one could be interesting.
Mana is definitely the best player from Mouz and how many kills he gets is most likely going to tell who wins between the two teams. Realize that Acer was 4-5 against Prime in their last IPL TAC match, and besides Salmosa who could've been Byun, they took their big guns against Acer. Prime is the most dominant SC2 team at the moment, so expect that match to be close.
I like both teams pretty equally (Mouz because it's Mouz, and Acer because of their awesome Zergs), but I'd LOVE Marine vs Hydra. They are both of about the same age and play the same race, bu8t I don't remember them competing against each other, so that would be cool to see. Other than that, Bly should totally go 2base Broodlord vs somebody
I think its close. maybe Acer wins because no one from mouz is realy good agains zerg. OK mana shows good performans agains zerg at DH but the CW was play for like 1 or 2 weeks i think (only a prediction). Also Darkhydra is a good sniper because he love allin. In the other hand they have only 2 realy good players nercho and bly and mouz have 4 and one good .
Nerchio can allkill mouz, Mana/Morrow/Hasuobs can allkill Acer. Bly can take some wins. Bigs can take some wins. I would prefer mouz advancing as they will have more chance in the later stage of the tournament.

He's not a good sniper because he isn't really on the same level as anyone on mouz.
ibo422's post pretty much says it all. I'm rooting for mouz, but if Nerchio manages to all-kill, I'd be impressed and fine with it, too. Only then, though.

I hope i can see a nice matchup involving Mondragon, that would be dream come true. Still rooting for mouz of course, but always love seeing Mondragon.

does he even play anymore? I think I last saw him in TSL 3
HeRoMaRinE deserves so much credit for stepping in after ThorZaIN left and being a credible replacement. Obviously he's not their ace anymore, but he's proved that he's not dead weight, taking a few wins here and there. Well well done.

Definitely. Getting a win here helps prove that. What do you think is going to happen for mouz? Are they going to try and go out and buy a new ace like maybe someone like supernova?

Supernova seems to want a real good offer. Not sure mouz is willing to out offer other teams.

What other potential aces are on the market? Genius? I guess fOrGG maybe compared to most foreigners. Mana could very well take the ace role though with the way he's been playing and they have always done well with a rather small roster. Just curious to think if anyone believes they might be pursuing someone.

Even if they don't want an Ace, their roster is really small. 5 people is pretty fragile.

i think maybe mouz pick up genius or forgg. supernova go to TL i think because he live in the TL-Teamhouse.

Not sure TL is willing to take someone else after getting TaeJa. :s
There was already a large discussion about it; I find it unlikely they are getting a korean. They are centered on Europe which helps them scheduling training and Events, getting a Korean who still lives in Korea doesn't fit to their model Imho. He would be tried hard to intergrate into the team
Paranoid with a huge improvement. lost last time in < 7 min granted it was vs MKP. 3 kills is very nice. Let's see what Mana can do against all these Zergs
I missed the first match where Hasu got sniped.. I think he could have sniped some zerg(s), he has some sick holds! And with so many zerg, I bet mouz expected acer to start with a zerg instead of the T

Yeah, I actually like both Mouz and Acer and I really wish they would gain some depth. It's like they each are lacking ~2 good players to become one of the top foreign teams, Empire level. Losing only one player (I know, their ace, but Thorzain wasn't way ahead of his teammates) seems to cost Mouz status of a top team. Teams without minimum depth (six playable competitors) are handicapped.
