The large "Register for Tournament" button in the top right will register you. When you're registering, you'll have the option to set your BattleNet info. In the event that you've mis-typed, you'll be able to clarify your BattleNet info to your opponent in each match's private thread. However, once the tournament starts, switching BattleNet accounts is not allowed (unless for regional play, although that's not even necessary now).

you'll be able to clarify your BattleNet info to your opponent in each match's private thread. However, once the tournament starts, There's no place to add your character code? So we can fix our b.net info, but changing b.net accounts is not allowed. How will you know if we just didn't input the wrong account and trying to change it in the first match (and consecutive matches because there's no way to correct it)

It supports numeric characters. It's not a big deal if you change between registration and the first match. It's a big deal if you're changing between every match, though. That would be the difference, sir.
