The Evil Geniuses Master’s Cup Series League will feature 12 teams in a round robin format with each team matchup containing at least four best of three games between two teams. The top four teams at the end of the season will advance to the playoffs on a two day live broadcast weekend.

I wonder that like everytime I check who the players are for the next EG:MCSL match:o
Teams choose the players based on starting maps. Thats why. I would prefer another format where the matchups are randomly drawn and the players just do map vetos to determine the starting map.
Trimaster's in an OK spot, if Dream was on top of his shit he could have gotten a couple more gates down, gas at his natural and made a colossus push behind a third. But that's not what happened, Dream's even playing into Tri's build with this ridiculously late robo bay.
I can't believe Dream is going to win this after literally just throwing away 2 armies in the middle. In the 2 middle fights he barely killed any of Trimaster's units.

lol. Yes, they do...
When even the casters fall asleep...
At least it wasn't an hour long like other TvTs.
I actually liked that game. It has some interesting positioning and battles going around the map. In fact it is a lot like what people always say they want games to be like... with fights happening everywhere. I also liked Select's game against Theognis last week.
i've gotta say this clanbattle have been a bit lackluster so far, but it is a bit comforting to see pro players slip up from time to time as well. makes me feel a bit less horrible. i did enjoy the meching by qxc in game 1, and i do love watching that reaper build select did regardless of whether it works or not.

When was it ever fun to watch?
Good point.
I guess the only difference is that now it's a 20 minute no rush snooze-fest into vortex or neuraltex, as opposed to an all-in or failed all in - leading up to a vortex or unstoppable broodlord push because the mamaship wasn't out yet.
