MVP, StarTale, LG-IM and Evil Geniuses will remain in Premier Division, while TSL, FXO, Prime and compLexity will battle for the right to play with them. The losers will be in Contender Division for IPTL Season 2. Liquid has already secured a spot in Season 2 Premier League, handily defeating NsHoSeo. Sadly, with SlayerS disbanding, Acer and Dignitas battle for who will remain in Contender division while Karont3 is promoted to Premier Division.
The playoff teams battle for the $9,000. Here is the prize distribution:
TSL easy, they have the overall stronger line-up in team leagues I feel, and TSL has always beat FXO to my knowledge. If Leenock and GuMiho play well, they could save TSL, but Symbol, Polt, HyuN and RagnaroK can be used, while there is Revival as a good ZvZ sniper.

I used to think Hyun wasn't as good as people make him seem, but online no one is stronger than Hyun. If IPL.Hyun can play like he tends to in Fight Club, no one will be able to stop him.

Except it's all Bo1, he isn't as streaky as GuMiho, Leenock or Symbol which is the key to KotH Team Leagues
FXO is a bit weird to predict in online teamleague, they have good B teamer who can win 1 or 2 out of nowhere. In the end TSL should be able to win it if they can snipe Leenock and avoid losing Polt to a TvT against Gumiho
I definitely would say TSL has the advantage. I am a little late so + Show Spoiler +
Ragnarok has already but TSL up 1-0
but I feel that overall TSL has the stronger lineup. I would guess TSL wins 5-4. Maybe I'm just fishing for a close match, but I feel that this matchup will be pretty nice .
Sooo, out of a line-up with Polt, Symbol, HyuN, RevivaL and hell, even inori who can do a snipe, they send Cyrano. Who the hell is Cyrano beyond a Ro64 showing at GSL?
But I know too well what happen to harass oriented PvZ lategame sometimes. Poor HerO
btw, I don't know if David Kim watch everythin,g he can, but it seems people have been trying to shove into his face that zerg make more than 4-5 infestors haha
Infinite Infested Terrans Lucky knew that all he needed was to neural the Mothership, then he would be absolutely fine. That's why he was constantly sending one or two infestors forward and zoning with ITs, in hopes that he could catch Cyrano not paying attention.

The funny thing is Lucky was too lazy to even max out because he knew that army was invincible any ways.
Everything is so few supply in this army when you think about it
An infestor is 2 supply who can potentially throw 8 supply worth of marines A Broodlord is a constant production beast that throw beefy zergling at your opponent
It's like having a 400 supply army inside the belly of a 200 supply one :D
Hyun played well and took out gumiho which was important. No shame in losing to one of the best zvzers out there. Now I assume Polt then Symbol to try and beat Leenock?
Revival? What the.........after witnessing that absolute dismantling of Symbol I would surely not throw another zerg at Leenock. Meh...I digress.. no epic Polt v Leenock today.

Could be wrong, but I think these games were played on October 14th.
Felt TSL had the better lead, just allowed Leenock to survive too long. I would have thought that using Polt after HyuN to 2 Rax or anything cheesy/aggressive would have been preferable, but I guess TSL just decided to throw away the series ;_;
Weird player decisions by both teams, I guess they wanted to use some B-teamers, but TSL not using Polt and FXO not using Tear were both quite strange. I guess Polt was unavailable as I really fail to see the logic of sending Revival out as the ace, unless his ZvZ in practice matches is really way better than Hyun's (which I doubt)
